It’s been a while since I shopped here. I’ve been remodeling a house and wanted to use the same exterior paint I used before. I don’t know if there is drug testing at this company, but there should be. The guy that handled my order couldn’t get a single thing right, didn’t hear anything correctly, mumbled and never once looked up from his pad. In addition, he paused during his fumbling attempt at filling my order and worked on another customer. I suggest learning to accurately fill one order before attempting to handle multiple orders simultaneously. I provided a pic and stated the amount of paint needed. 2 gallons of primer, 2 gallons of flat white paint. Simple order, no custom color or mixing. I must have made the mistake of mentioning my company«discount» which he interpreted as «account». So we wasted time going in circles with him mumbling and trying to find my name or company. He got stuck and just told me «What do you want to do? he asked. «I want to buy paint». Again, silence. If he was a PC I would have just powered him down as he just stared in silence. I had to repeat, I just want to buy paint. What’s the problem? He rebooted and I repeated my order. He gave me the price and I asked if that was with my discount. He said«Yes, AAA discount unless you have something else». I never mentioned AAA! I again gave him my company name, it’s on my badge worn around my neck, in plain view the entire time. He went back to his pad and recalculated, I have no idea if the discount was correct as I had already wasted enough time. I had to pay first and assumed the order was correct, but he never bothered to confirm the order or the quantity. I waited around forever and finally received my order with half of what I requested. I was done. This was a ridiculous transaction that I had no patience to repeat. I’ve had custom paint mixed in less time at Lowe’s and Home Depot than it took to get half my order wrong at this store. I don’t want to identify the employee, but something is seriously wrong at this store.
