When I visited Moon Moo I met with Grand Master Bruce Oh. He was very impatient and wanted me to sign up right on the spot, and when I asked questions he was very short with me. I explained to him about my son’s situation at school with bullies and while I did he rolled his eyes and sighed out loud. He kept pushing on signing up and paying that same day. I told him that I would have the funds later, then I further explained that my son has asthma and he rolled his eyes again.
Grand Master Bruce Oh is very rude and inconsiderate. He has no etiquette whatsoever! He doesn’t care about you nevertheless your child! He just cares if you pay him! He’s so desperate for business, it’s pathetic. He can’t even afford to pay the upkeep for his webpage.
