The offerings look lovely.
The sales staff need some training on customer service. Rather than being helpful and pleasant, they were bitchy and seemed to thrive on being able to not only say «no» to a product that, it’s true, they may not have had, but on not providing any extra assistance on how one could find such a product. Instead of just «try Tile Row.» THAT was incredibly helpful… not.
Someone in management needs to provide these ladies a training course that teaches them that any customer, even one that seems relatively small at the moment, is a potentially large customer in the future.
Remember that you get PAID to SERVE your customers — big or small. Remember the person looking for a small item on one day may be starting a business in the future that will require a LOT of tile and granite work. Remember that the sh*tty service you provided on that day when they were looking for some assistance with a small item will lead them to never shop at Arizona Tile again.

We’ve been looking in all the tile places (six or seven, so far), looking to replace our kitchen tile. We remembered Arizona tile and so we dropped in there. I assumed they’d be expensive, but their prices were very competitive. The young ladies there were very helpful without being intrusive. We found some very nice tile at a good price and got some good decorating ideas. What I liked best was that they gave us a couple of small samples to take home and compare with our décor. I was very pleased with Arizona tile.

Today I spent quite a bit of time searching for tile for a major remodel. Sasha was extremely helpful and patient with me during the process. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but with her help, I left completely confident in my decisions. I’m very happy with my selections and would highly recommend their staff!

Today I visited Arizona Tile in South Orange County to meet a client who lived in the area. I typically work with the location in Anaheim, but wanted to make it convenient for my client.
Brooke was super helpful and quickly got me acquainted with their layout since it is different from what I am familiar with. She pulled several samples for us so we could lay out our tile design.
After my clients left I asked Brooke if she wanted me to just forward all of our selections to my usual Rep to not add to her work load and she was totally happy to do it for me anyways. She made sure I had the right specifications for each series since the finishes and sizes varied for each. She printed out the pdf catalog for each series so I would be able to reference it later if I had questions.
The showroom looked great and the girls there were very up-​beat and very helpful. Also, compared to other material, the quality of their porcelain is a bit better than I have seen elsewhere.

My husband and I went to check this place based on the review by Jill and thanx to her for that, this was out of the usual place where you would have all the tie stores lined together that at the end of the shopping you feel like where you saw what kinda of an experience, this was very different Mark the sales guy was so so good to us, he checked the stock gave us suggestions and even asked the other people browsing around that he would come to them soon, so very different from the Big box stores where you have crank your head a mile high to see the tile from down below (depends on how tall you are) and then wait to get a couple questions answered. They have a decent level of selections and I look forward to placing my order soon. Place was very neat and clean.

My husband and I were out searching for tile for our fireplace on a Saturday. We happened by Arizona Tile in Mission Viejo pretty much by accident. We were driving down the freeway on way to another tile showroom when we remembered Arizona Tile. We went in thinking this place was going to be the most expensive. Boy, were we surprised when we found the exact tile (rustic gold natural stone) and the price was the lowest we had seen all day (including Home Depot and Lowe’s).
Regarding customer service, they were great! Very helpful, offered to give us samples to take home and keep. None of the other showrooms we had visited offered samples. When I called the following Monday to place my order, they remembered who I was and what tile we were looking at. This is a big deal as the showroom was quite busy the day we were there. Very professional. Very clean beautiful showroom with lots to choose from.
Next time we need tile, natural stone or granite we will definitely go to Arizona Tile FIRST!
