Absolutely horrible customer service both in person and over the phone. Tried 2 x in the last 3 months to get a prescription filled here and both times I’m having to go to another pharmacy due to lack of compentcy of the workers and system of CVS! Both times rx was called in by my doctor and both times the pharmacy stated they never got it! «Not in our system» is what I got as answers both times. I am 100% sure my doctor called them in and have exact times they did as well. I called ahead to see if the prescription was ready but was put on hold for 15 min before I hung up. Also, hours are horrible. The store is open 24⁄7 but NOT the pharmacy.

What happened to the staff? They were cool now they are all new. The new group claims to know nothing about he old crew. Bummer.

While visiting my daughter, I visited your CVS Store at this location(Mission Viejo). I want to compliment two of your employees. Their names are, Leslie and Jessica (manager). I have seen Leslie, a few times and each time, she has been just great– friendly and helpful(she even remembered me, from my last visit here to the area). I find that really wonderful. I have seen Jessica only once or twice. She is low key and treats the customers with respect. I feel that her job as manager, is taken very seriously. I will be here in Rancho Santa Margarita for a little while longer and look forward to to shopping at CVS. It will be nice to see Leslie and Jessica again. Shopping, is stressful. Clerks, behind counters of any store, can make or break one’s day. I know, that I will always be treated well, at the CVS at Mission Viejo. CVS, lucky to have Jessica and Leslie in their employ. Sincerely, Rose Flanagan

Very nice and knowledgable pharmacists, but will hire any pharmacy tech/assistant off the street. It’s a little troublesome when they cannot find your prescription in the system, or know where the paper went or know ANY pharmacy terms. My worries began when the girl was confusing a vitamin with an enema and a nasal spray… uhh. hate to get that wrong.lol. You would think they would hire people who have learned at least medication prefixes and suffixes so they can at least know the classification. WOW!!! And the managers just sat there and watched her struggle while everyone got frustrated. I have been waiting for over month for a prescription(the one the girl can’t find) and they say they call my drs but NONE of them had heard from them. Aside from the pharmacists, this place is a hot mess of low level helpers.

Very nice staff. As soon as you walk in they ask if they can help you. They always ask me how I’ve been. Love this store

Working in a profession that requires prescription medications, I believe that all pharmacies and their pharmacists need to have patience. I called this pharmacy today and was given«sighs» and«ugh» and unclear instructions. I was asked for the patient’s DOB and I gave it, then was told to «go ahead» so I began with the first prescription. Then was interrupted and I was told«I need the name.» So I gave it, then was told«go ahead» so I asked, «with the prescriptions?» And was answered«Well, you gave me the DOB and name, so ya» I am doing a favor for my patient by calling scripts into a pharmacy. We are surgery based, and have many and detailed medications. All I am asking is for some courtesy over the phone. Considering to only write prescriptions…

The pharmacy here is an absolute joke. Can’t process prescriptions in any timely manner. They regularly screw up prescriptions. And the staff(with the exception of Martha) are rude and uninterested. They have now lost my business and I’ll be sure to tell anyone I know who goes here to avoid it. Target or Walgreens will now get my business.

Got to love a spot that is 24 hours next to your house that has basically everything, especially alcohol :) Cant tell you how many times CVS has helped fulfill those late night urges when everything has is closed!

The CVS that’s the closest to my home, I stop here on the way home from work or on my way to work. There’s always parking, it’s located in a pretty quiet plaza. The store is usually neat and well stocked, the people who work here are mostly nice, but half of them lack good customer service skill. They’re not rude or anything, they just don’t seem to go that extra bit like some of the other CVS Pharmacies I’ve been to.
