Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

I love Golden Yogurt! Always friendly service, lets you try plenty of samples without complaint, AND they hook it up on portion size! I’m a long-​time fan/​customer and will continue to be!

Came in here just the other night at around 9:30, the young man behind the counter was helpful with flavor suggestions and happy to offer samples! The interior was newly updated, the last time I was here the walls were all mirrors! A clean store overall, maybe a bit more generous with toppings would have bumped me up to five stars, but overall it was a great frozen yogurt experience! I had ½brownie ½ vanilla with m&m minis and cookie dough with a side of hot fudge. Will be back!

I refuse to come back here again. Terrible customer service, and horrible frozen yogurt. I’ve been to other golden spoons before, and this has ruined all of them for me.

Just moved to the area. Had earned a free yogurt at my local shop. However, this owner would not honor the card. I understand the card states that it may not be honored at other locations, but you just lost our business forever.

Did not realize until my guy told me, Golden Spoon is just ten or so stores away from the other frozen yogurt hotspot in the SAME shopping center. Talk about too close for comfort. Nonetheless, we stopped at the other place for my son and his dad and I chose Golden Spoon all for the fact they had crumbled brownie topping. The other place has brownie cubes. Took me back to my days in grade school as it had been our after school treat for years. This location has a big menu selection and a vast array of toppings. It’s definitely darker in mood than the other be venue but it just comes down to what you prefer. Excellent customer service and quick to greet me. I think I may prefer the taste of the other froyo, but other than that Golden Spoon is just as tasty as the other froyo spot. Grab their customer rewards stamp card for sweet freebies.

I love Golden Spoon! I used to work at this location back in high school and glad to see them still here. They have recently remodeled the place so it’s nice to see the new look :) the girls who work here are all so sweet and kind — all fast and efficient workers. The product itself is also really good. WAY better than Yogurtland (although I do enjoy the occasional Yogurtland). They also keep this location really clean.
It breaks my heart to see some of the negative reviews on here bashing the young girls who work here. For most, it is probably their first job and struggling to find the balance of high school, work, and friends. I don’t know how some people can be so mean about them because every time I come here they are always SO sweet! Anyways, 5 stars for service, cleanliness and product.
Tips:
–Layering. Ask for your toppings layered if you want some toppings for the bottom and top. Sometimes I get to the bottom of my yogurt and run out of toppings so I ask for it layered on occasion.
–Swirling. Swirl two flavors together to get the maximum amount of flavors!
–Stamp cards. Ask for a stamp card and use it! A great way to get free yogurt :)

Great frozen yogurt, great service, very clean and very friendly staff.

This place frustrates the hell out of me
Love the yogurt hate the girls that work there. The are lazy and just don’t seem to care. Their manager or owners probably treat them like crap so they take it out on their customers. Constantly out of favors, toppings, etc. not because they are too busy but because the employees are either too lazy to refill or their bosses are telling them not to refill after a certain time. They start closing things down about an hour and a half before closing. Stopped going for a while and made the mistake of going back tonight. Won’t do that again.
Thank god Yogurtland moved in to the same center.

It was my first time here. I ordered the Peanut butter cup with coconut topping and oreo topping. I loved it! It tasted more like ice cream than yogurt. They had quite big servings which was good thing. I will surely go back to this place plus the 2 girls in charge were so nice! Great customer service plus great yogurt! Yay

Salted caramel and coffee with melted caramel is heaven. Also, new Mai tai flavor is sorbet like and is delicious on a hot night.
Always friendly staff I highly recommend.

Awesome treat. I particularly love how you can get the 4oz size and have a delicious treat for only 100 calories. Salted caramel rocks, and the swirl of pumpkin pie and grahm cracker flavors is delicious. The service always seems very friendly.

Golden spoon is a nostalgic treat for me. When I was little and would visit my family in California it was a big deal to come here. They have plastic golden spoons to eat with and I used to think they were precious treasures. Oh, the minds of children.
As an adult I still love it here. They have many wonderful flavors and let you sample anything you would like. The topping bar is endless and they even have chocolate shavings which I had never seen at another yogurt place before. Today I got their mini swirl of pumpkin and graham cracker yogurts and had them add more crushed graham crackers as my topping. It was delicious and tasted just like a slice of pumpkin pie! My mom got half espresso and half chocolate yogurts topped with chocolate shavings that she enjoyed.
You can order yogurt here by the pint too and they pack it in to go ice cream containers for you to take home and pop in the freezer. I would be here once a week to do that if I lived here. No trip is complete for me without a golden spoon visit!

Horrible Service… The girl used her hands to stop the ingredients from falling off as if she were making a Sand Castle. When I pointed this out to her saying «I hope you washed your hands!» She said she would make me another one but as I told her to make a regular as the Monday Special said «4 regulars for $ 12» 4 plus the $ 1/​topping yet she over charged me starting at $ 18 as she seemed confused as she only gave me a Minnie and 3 regular s yet tried to charge me for 5 instead of 3… Also she should have mentioned or known about their own Monday night Special as we had to point it out & she did NOT tell me or us the Stamp card as everyone else had and were getting etc… Too bad they all had to complicate it with the snide attitudes instead of just refunding the $ as it was due… The right thing would have been to comp the whole deal as some guy tried to pay me off to go away. But it wasn’t just about the money it was about the service & being fair… They all lacked integrity If I owned there restaurant I would have writing up and maybe fired Jessica as she was blocking her coworker from being able to succeed by being so condescending to not only me but her own trainee…

I have enjoyed golden spoon flavors and now with their variety it’s always fun. The server was super sweet and gave us lots if samples so I ended up trying something new with the salted caramel that I paired with the tropical one! Very spacious golden spoon

The new managers and owners are terrible. They treat their employees very poorly and like they are very below them and cannot be trusted. They have fired all of the older employees and the ones that have been there for a long time under old management so that they could train new girls to follow their new absurd rules. They raised the prices and make the portions smaller. I know all of this because they tried to fire me for something I did not do! So I just quit. They are rude and so cheap. EAT AT YOGURTLAND!

WARNING: If you receive a Happy Birthday email from Golden Spoon DO NOT try to use the valid email at this location since the manager has informed all employees to not accept it. I was so embarrassed when I presented my email for a free birthday yogurt with a line behind me. I gave it 4 stars for the exceptional employees who wished me a Happy Birthday but said at their location the manager won’t accept the valid email. They need to post a sign, WE DONT ACCEPT A FREE CUP OF YOGURT ON YOUR BIRTHDAY EVEN IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR OUR EMAIL. !

Love to two girls working on Mother’s Day. Only problem, you only have 2 people working with a line out the door? Check your forecasts and budgets. Those poor girls were working there asses off.

We are typically fans of a land next door that is pink and green but my five year olds favorite color is currently gold so we found ourselves inside. I can see they updated the interior with wainscoting and some art that make it warmer. I like it!
Tried their salted caramel and it was a tad too sweet so I tried their peanut butter cup flavor and it was muy delisioso!!! Just like a peanut butter cup but colder and smoother. They also have peanut butter but NOT THE SAME. I was gonna just eat the sample but ended up getting a mini! So worth it.
They even split minis into two cups for little ones.
Glad we stopped by and will likely come back for more.

returned with a small group this time. Tried a couple to-​go type items. Pretty good.
The toppings can be a little too much so go light and my advice, get a mini or small… you won’t need or want anymore than that!
