Reception area is a mess. There are cups and newspapers everywhere and an old jar of pub mix on the floor.
The receptionists — of which there were three — only ignored me until I asked him if I needed to fill out paperwork.
Then after hearing about my insurance, the receptionist told me that they were no longer in network with my insurance. That would have been nice to know when I scheduled my appointment on the phone.
I decided to give the doctor a shot, but gave up after waiting an hour.
