Jersey Mike’s Subs

After placing our order and waiting for the subs to be cooked the employees gave my kids cookies. Once they were done and mistaken my order they fixed the problem, gave us free coupons, and free drinks while we waited. Not only is the food so delicious the employees were very nice.

I was helped today by Allison and Marissa today, great sandwiches and great customer service! It was very busy at lunch time today, but they made sure everything was quick and made perfectly. By far the best jersey mikes in the area! Thank you!!!

Their new employee dropped my order slip on the floor and put it on the counter where he was preparing food. I said to him, hey you just dropped that on the floor… He responded: yeah bro… Do you want me to change my gloves or something? I walked out.

Great location. Always busy, but the staff works fast & is super friendly and efficient. Usually when I go during the lunch rush, the line is all the way to the bathrooms, but it moves quickly. Even when it’s slammed, staff is very friendly, welcoming & they’re able to clean off tables and booths in a flash. I’m a diehard fan of their #13 sub in a tub, Mike’s Way, of course. Quick, easy place to grab lunch or dinner. Quality is amazing, never disappointing. The last company I used to work for catered a few of our annual company lunches from Jersey Mikes, which we always looked forward to.

We had this location prepare 4 «subs in a box» for a gathering of friends. That’s 40 small sandwiches. The subs were exactly as requested. Only problem was they were not ready at the agreed upon pick-​up time even though we had checked 3 hours in advance to confirm. We had to make a second trip to get them.
The manager (Mark) was not available until the next day. When contacted about the issue, Mark went out of his way to make things right! We’ll be back.

Jersey mikes is awesome! I go there very often due to the face it is by my my high school. Always greeted with a. Friendly smiling staff! Philly cheesesteaks are classic.

OMG this place ran out of bread lol. How are you a sandwich place with no bread! This is definitely a first, slim pickins in Mission Viejo beware lol

BAD… do your research on the sodium content. It will kill you.
If your cool with a lot of sodium then enjoy a very tasty sandwich.

«Mikes way» is DELISH! Jersey Mike’s is clean, the staff is friendly, and the subs are amazing!

Horrible customer serivce. I went there to redeem a free sandwhich from an Angel’s game and the kid working there refused to honor it. He was very rude about the whole thing. I used to like going here, but they will no longer be getting my business.

I always get turkey and cheese Mike’s Way with no tomato. Mike’s Way is really good. It adds a lot of flavor. There’s lettuce, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tomato, and some more I think. The subs are so good! There is always plenty of meat and the regular size is perfect for me. My mom gets the roast beef. It’s her favorite. Jersey Mikes eats Subway by far. I love ToGo’s and Jersey Mikes. I couldn’t pick between them two.
Next, the staff are really nice! They always welcome us. Also, I have seen regulars come in and they interact well with the staff, too. The employees make great sandwiches and never disappoint. The seat area is clean. You can see the meats where they are kept and watch them slice the meat to make your sandwich. The sandwhiches are so fresh!
The prices are good. More than Subway, but it’s quality over quantity for me.
Overall, I love Jersey Mikes. The subs are so good and the staff is great. One of my favorite sandwiches places!

Jersey mikes subs… way better than Togos and subway! I can always go for a good turkey on white sandwich and they always get my order right. The staff at this location are extremely nice and fast. This is my new favorite sandwich place.

This place is big compared to some other Jersey Mikes I’ve been too. Went here for dinner one night with my husband and 1 yr. Old, the cashier was really nice and gave my son a free cookie! The California sandwhich was yummy! I will be back!

As most of the negative reviews can attest to, the Customer Service here is HORRIBLE. We had a large to go order today that was missing a sandwich. My wife called to complain. They could care less, and even went so far as to say that they didn’t believe that we were missing the sandwich. WTF? Long wait times, marginal sandwiches, terrible service, save yourselves the aggravation and go somewhere else.

I’m and East coast girl in a west coast world and this is like a sub of home. Subs are huge so make sure you come hungry. A little pricey for a lunch meat sandwich, but well worth it.

My favorite sub sandwich! I get the giant Turkey provolone and it’s more than enough for me, my wife and my 6 year old.
Can’t get enough of this place

Every time I’ve been here its been consistently good and their staff has been nice! Usually I get a Club Supreme on wheat Mikes Way and add pepperchinis & pickles. This most recent visit I was suposto get a free sub because I’ve earned enough points in their system however their Internet was down so they were unable to process my card their staff was cool and hooked me up with a voucher for a free sub for next time in exchange for having me pay this time. Either way I still came out a sub ahead! Definitely will be back sometime soon! Just avoid coming here close to lunch time because they get very busy and the line can get kinda long!

Big Kahuna Philly Cheese steak Sandwich is my favorite, and will always be. They are a over-​priced, but they have a mean Big Kahuna sandwich.
Staff is super friendly and fast!
