WORSTFOODEVER! ! Rude people(whoever is the girl working the register needs to smile and say hello) there selections is minimal. The sandwhiches have jo flavor. I got the number 6. It was 6 pieces of provolone cheese filled with some nast ass guacamole, 4 cucumners, 3 tomatoes and some lettuce. It was DISGUSTING. Absolutely no flavor and way over priced. Ho to subway and get a 5 dollar footlong. Waaaayyy better. This place sucks.

I love Jimmy John’s but this location always burns the bread. Every single time. They’re fast which is good but it’s disappointing when the bread is hard & burnt.

Best sandwiches, great service, friendly staff! If you’re looking for a good sandwich in Mission Viejo, this is the place for you.

I tried one of their sandwiches lately. The bread was hot and fresh; but the overall appeal was less that the other local choices.

I just can’t figure out if this place is intentionally trying be rude as part of their«culture» or if they just hire assholes. Three times I have been there and all three times I have been treated the same. I was new to JJ’s and trying to find the sandwich that I love. They start yelling at you. «10!» «14!» Well I don’t know what the f those sandwiches have. Secondly, why so much mayo? Mayonnaise is supposed to be a condiment but they treat it like an ingredient. I asked for a bag for my three sandwiches and the guy barked at me, «it’s self serve on the bags and napkins.» Sweet. So I asked where they were. They are kind of hidden at the end of the counter where they put my sandwiches. Ok. Thanks bro. The sandwich is highly mediocre. Maybe because all I taste is the bread and mayo. The pickle is fantastic. That’s a 5 star pickle. I won’t be back. I was hoping it would be an awesome sandwich place. Too bad.

I was happy to see a JJ’s in OC, but unfortunately my order was all kinds of wrong. This location is not even close to the experiences I’ve had at other JJ’s in other parts of the country. I ordered a sandwich to go without mayo. I open it up and it’s literally drenched in mayo to the point where it’s dripping out all over the place. I had asked for mustard and there was a tiny drop of it on there, but that’s about it. Hardly any lettuce or meat. So I basically paid $ 6 for some bread and mayo which wasn’t even edible(I HATE mayo and can’t stand eating sandwiches with it, especially when everything is drowning in it). On top of that, they marked my sandwich wrapper with the incorrect menu #, so I don’t even think they listened to my order to begin with. I couldn’t see over the counter to see what they were putting on the sandwich, otherwise I could’ve told them before I left and drove away that it was all wrong. And unfortunately I didn’t have time to drive back there and have them fix it. Employees were not friendly at all either. Jersey Mike’s will still be my sandwich place even if it is further away.

Had my lunch delivered to Saddleback College just now, they were so fast and the food was exactly right! The delivery guy was very polite and I will definitely be doing exactly this again next time I don’t have time to leave campus for lunch.

Lunch for breakfast was a switch but good. The Italian has excellent flavor and fresh meat, however the bread was a little hard. My husbands turkey sandwich was stacked up with fresh meat too, but don’t ask for a side of anything as they don’t have anything to put it in and can only put more on the sandwich, which sucks. We’re dippers and couldn’t really get the right amount of vinaigrette or Dijon mustard on our sandwiches. They delivery locally, which we thought was a great option, but not to Ladera Ranch which is just outside the mile radius they service.

They are pretty new to the area, but ever since I they started up a few months ago I go several times a week! I love the #9 Italian night club sandwich. And the sauce just makes it! They also deliver, and their delivery service is very efficient and fast! I always try tipping well because the kids that bring me my order are always real straight edge kids! Great food and great prices!

I would say they have an okay delivery time as I’m right next door to them. When I worked in Costa Mesa they took less than two minutes to four minutes max delivery time when I was a few blocks away. I’m still a few blocks away here and it takes a little longer than that. The delivery guys are pretty cool, sandwiches are the same quality just the speed is a little slow from this location. I’d give a four or five star if they improve on their deliveries though!

I am a chef, and some nights(usually weekends) I just don’t feel like cooking or dealing with dinner. So we call the freaky fast peeps at JJ’S! I’ve actually had my sandwich in front of me delivered in under 6 mins. Good quality meats and bread, great chips and most importantly good people and service! My wife had to phone in the order tonight cause her app was acting up. She said the manager was really friendly and helpful. He even threw in a little treat for us tonight, thanks bro! Keep up the great work you guys and thanks for the freaky fast awesome sandwiches and service!

Medicare at best. My turkey sandwich was so smothered in mayonnaise I needed utensils to dissect & eat. When I asked for a knife & fork, they said they don’t have them. What??? They also told me I could only take napkins if I were eating on property. My experience makes me believe they are cutting corners for the bottom line & the quality I just experienced reflects that. Too bad because I’ve been to other Jimmy Johns in other parts of the country and had much better experiences.

I ordered the #4(Italian type sandwich). Since I was going to take this sandwich to go I wanted my Italian vinegrette on the side so it wouldn’t sog. They REFUSED to put it on the side with the argument that they had no container to put it in. I asked them to put it in a water cup and they said they can’t do that. Who’s the manager? Get sauce cups! Jersey mikes always puts my sauce on the side even subway… Just saying. The chairs on the patio are locked to the table so you can’t fit in easily. The heavy set couple next to me was having this same issue when they sat on patio. This sandwich better be good after this hassle.

Being from the Midwest, I was pumped to have a jj really close to work. Food is just as I remember back home(minus the hangover while eating). I’m just a little confused on their thought process on the meaning of service to them. Why ask for here or Togo when you’re just going to slap it on the counter and say come get it. Oh if you want it to go, you need to bag it yourself. Being in the restaurant business for 12 years, their method at this location is garbage. Get it together.

I am so thrilled that jimmy Johns came to the OC. I grew up in MN and have missed their sandwiches. I don’t know what it is, but these subs are so simple yet so delicious! And their speedy service tops it all of that my friends and I have coined the phrase«jimmy Johns fast!»

Sorry, wasn’t that impressed. Basic roll sandwich with little flavor. For the money I would go the Jersey Mikes or the NY Deli across the street. Nice interior, and employees. No trays to carry food from pick-up(was just handed everything). No utensils, they did offer to cut sandwich in half. Dill pickle was great!

Good points about Jimmys: *fast and easy ordering system *easy overall process *delicious food Troubled points about Jimmys: *they have no idea what *extra means*(I ordered extra guac and got maybe a teaspoon on each side… And ordered extra mayo and got two packets between me and my co worker) *the amount I paid for this sandwich with the little extras I feel was not worth it. * the bacon looks fake *to much onion on co workers sandwich(she ordered tuna) I have to give a three star for this restaurant… Overall the sandwiches were good, but worth the money? That questionable … Yea, they’ve got delivery, but the New York Deli across the street has a ton more options and is way better priced! I think we will make the trip to the deli instead. But nice try Jimmy.
