Honey A. Helped me out today and was just spectacularly adorable and fun. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

I’ve been to this store 5 or 6 times. The prices are reasonable and the selections were good. The service however is just OK! I took my fiancés bracelet into get cleaned. The employee was helpful, she cleaned the bracelet, but forgot the give us back ALL the charms for it! I’ll keep my eye one them, if I good back!

Incredible service by Rene. A small exchange led to a purchase which led to another to take advantage of a sale. We are very happy with everything.

Gave this place another chance, so I recently visited and the lady Honey helped me find the perfect charm. Love her, she’s really sweet and passionate about her job. I recommend you guys to asked for Honey or Shelly to find a perfect jewelry!

Have bought from this store many times and everyone there is wonderful! I recently went in to have a bracelet designed with my children’s birthstones and Agnes designed the most beautiful bracelet… I love it! The idea I had gone in with wasn’t nearly as gorgeous. Thank you so much Agnes!

Got a ring from my boyfriend here on valentines day this year (2015). Its a fairly priced ring, nothing special. They claim its 100% silver. Not silver plated, but 100%.
Well, I wear my ring every day, and the 1
time I put it in a jewelry cleaner and take it out, its green.
Its completely tarnished.
I looked up there policy on tarnishing.
So there jewelry can tarnish, by wearing to bed, the gym, in the shower, in contact with acidic chemicals, salt, or other reasons. I checked the ingredients in my cleaner, and they contain none of them.
Apparently, if it does tarnish, its not the company’s fault.
The jewelry is probably from china because it crap.
Every piece of jewelry that i’ve owned from jewelers and tiffanys have never tarnished. Because real silver would NEVER tarnish.
They lost a star in warranties of the jewelry and silver. A company that cant guarantee the product, had now lost a customer.
they lost another star for customer service. The woman helping me had ignored me for 10 minutes before I could be helped. By the time I was helped, she made me
feel like I needed to hurry out of the shop.
and the last star they lost from me was due to the tarnishing. The quality of the product is seriously disappointing.
They are decently priced and have cute designs, but I will never purchase any pieces of jewelry here ever again.

To make a long story very short, I had a problem with a Pandora charm I had received as a Christmas gift that was purchased on the east coast (from a private jewelry store).
While I had been very proactive prior to arriving to the store to ensure there were going to be no issues, sure enough, a problem did arise.
Renee had to think outside of the box to rectify the situation & she did so with much grace & poise.
She has set the bar for customer service in my book.
I am not easily impressed & she went above & beyond.
(So much so, that I am writing a Unilocal review for the first time, because I felt it was my responsibility to return the favor.)

My compliments to Agnes Roelofs who was very patient and helpful while I made my selection for Pandora charms. She redesigned my existing bracelet and added my new charms. When she heard the charms were for my 50^th anniversary, she kindly offfered to clean my bracelet. It came back looking brand new!
The selection of Pandora charms were extensive and I will be going back.

I discovered Pandora when my husband gave me a bracelet for Christmas. Since then for my anniversary and Valentine’s Day he has added more charms. I love my bracelet and Agnes Roelofs who is a Sales Specialist was so helpful in suggesting different varies. She was patient and friendly as I continually changed my mind. I will continue to add to my bracelet hopefully with her help.

I received my Pandora bracelet, which I love, as a gift several years ago and have received many Pandora charms as gifts and have purchased many of my Pandora charms, myself, mostly from online Pandora dealers.
I was thrilled to find out this new Pandora Store opened up in the Shops of Mission Viejo since the only other Pandora Store that I know about in Orange County is in Brea which is not necessarily geographically convenient to where I am in South Orange County.

This store is located in the mall upstairs by the food court next to Ben Bridge Jewelers, who owns this store. They carry all Pandora jewelry items here such as starter bracelets, charms, Pandora earrings, necklaces and rings.
It is so great to see all the items in person at the store and get helpful advice from the people who work here. They also have a great service here where they will tumble clean your Pandora bracelet in the store while you shop. They have all the Pandora charms here in store which is great.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is nice to now be able to add to my collection by shopping at this conveniently located South Orange County Pandora store.
