RadioShack

The employees at the Radio Shack location were very helpful and welcoming and catered to our every cell phone need. While my friend got the help he needed, I browsed through the accessory selection and poked around at all the phones.
The store was organized and well laid out. The enjoyed looking through their clearance table.
I appriciate a company who treats their customers like they are friends and that is excactly what Radio Shack did.

As far as selection goes, this is your average Radio Shack. As far as prices go, this is your average Radio Shack. As far as being able to get in and out quickly (compared to Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc.), this is your average Radio Shack, meaning it’s quick. The best thing about this location is the service… much friendlier than normal. Usually, my experience with Radio Shack is that you get a little help, but not much more than it takes. Here, they’re willing to greet you when you enter, point you in the right direction, and look something up if you need or want them to. That means a lot to me, so I approve of this Radio Shack.

I came here in a rush to add a line to my phone account. I knew they were closing soon. I just spent almost 90 minutes trying to let 18^th st Walmart handle it but they couldn’t. I walked in and out of the authorized tmobile store in front of that Walmart. As I can’t stand them anyways (past experience), and they wanted full price for a phone Walmart was giving for free.
So a mad dash to closest Radio Shack as the Olathe one has helped me out before with my annoying upgrades.
I walk in and they always immediately greet you. I was encountered by manager George and associate worker Joe. I ask if they have the phone I wanted. Nope, but was begged to let them help me find another phone. They both had us in stitches laughing. I settled for a different one that was free. Okay, now to the difficult part.
Even beyond their closing time and having to deal with tmobile customer service and having to write up a manual contract and me telling them no to any extra fees. They were funny, helpful and very grateful for our time and patience.
It’s rare to have such wonderful customer service. I would go back here for anything anytime. This management should be a model for every store everywhere. Thank you, thank you!
