I wish I could give a zero star. The service is slow and food is terrible, as mentioned in previous comments. BTW, it seems tips are included in your bill so watch out.

First, the service was horrible and slow, waited for 15 minutes for a waitress to take our order, and another 15 minutes for the dishes. Second, don’t expect the taste. Third, pricy for the dish offered. And last, for only four people and four dishes, they automatically charged a 15percent tip. The attitude was awful.

Great food and service! My father left his prescription sunglasses there on accident and they mailed it back to Los Angeles no questions asked. Thank you!

authentic Chinese food! we were very satisfied, especialy with our Chinese taste bud. I was very surprised the low ratings they received from Unilocal. Just like every other Chinese restaurant, service is not their forte, but they made it up by offering their authentic and reasonable priced food. I do see more Chinese people in the restaurant. they offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet for $ 5.99,$ 7.99,$ 13.99. pretty good deal. I would definitely recommend it, especially to native Chinese people who travel to that part of the country.

What a terrible experience. I’ve never had worse Chinese food. We ordered 4 dishes and all 4 were without any taste. Simply disgusting. Plus the staff was rude and ignorant. On the top of it the waiter already added 20%, tip to the bill. JUSTIF U DONTWONTTORUINYOURDAYSTAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!!!

I went in for their Lunch Buffet. I practically grew up in Chinatown in Los Angeles and eat chinese food regularly. Here’s my honest opinion about this place: It’s really not that bad. This place offers food that is grades above Panda Express and any other fast food Chinese joint you can think of. If that’s what you’re expecting to find here, turn around! The food is pretty authentic and quite flavorful. They also serve tons of large shrimp, which I did not expect. It’s a little on the pricier side, about $ 15 after tip, but that’s a steal considering you’re in the middle of Utah and nowhere near an asian market. Meaning, most of these items had to be special ordered or driven in from who knows where. That fact alone makes me appreciate this place more because they didn’t skimp on their recipe for the sake of convenience. I’ve actually been here twice on different trips. I’d come back too if it’s stilla round. Service is terrible, yes, but the food is pretty decent!

You can find this type of Chinese restaurant in every town. Being the only Chinese restaurant in Moab, UT it draws more customers than I expected. The overall food quality is average at best and it was a little bit overpriced for its quality. The waitresses don’t seem like to know what they are doing, and some times they are just running around aimlessly. We ordered traditional Chinese dish of the menu, one of the dish does not resembles the name of the dish at all. One good thing is the owner lady seems to be very nice. Had a good conversation with her.
