This really is the only place in Moab to get a decent cup of coffee. The other two places we tried were tasteless, watery, bitter s**t.

COFFEEICECUBES! Little delicious treats sent from the heavens to keep me happy and sane! Came here twice during a 2 day stay in Moab and definitely beats all of the pretentious places I’m used to going to in the MD/DC/VA region. As we headed out of Moab and onto the Grand Canyon, we stopped here and I got a Venti Iced Caramel Latte with coffee ice cubes and that baby lasted me almost the whole drive! Moab Coffee Roasters, I miss you!

Quick and great service. One of the rare places I know that have almond milk for their coffees. The coffee was on point! I think it was one the best coffees I’ve ever had. Thanks again!

I should really start giving smaller coffee shops a chance. It is truly hard to admit when hipsters are right

Great coffee that is freshly roasted. Sparse selection of pastries. The two I bought were past there prime. Having public restrooms would be nice for a coffee house.

We visited at the very beginning of the off season, so it wasn’t that busy which was great. They had a decent selection of single origin beans, all recently roasted, which was good; unfortunately, the lightest roast was Full City+ which, in my opinion, is way too dark. I bought a pound of beans anyways but yea, most of the coffee nuances were roasted away as I figured. It would probably be alright if you like to candy bar your coffee up with sugar and creamer and flavorings, but I appreciate the flavor notes and nuances available from a lightly roasted bean. On the other hand, I got the espresso gelato, and it was delicious!

This place is a great mom-and-pop break from all those chain cafes. They take the quality of their coffee beans seriously, and do all the roasting themselves. I picked up a bag of their«Dark Velvet» french roast and savored it for a few weeks at home. DO stop here for a latte(or whatever you like) while you’re in town. Get a freshly roasted bag of beans to go if you like what you’re tasting.

I didn’t expect to find quality coffee in Utah! But Moab has many options for real coffee! This little spot has easy parking but the atmosphere and speed of service are not the best. However, none of that really matters once I have a wonderful rich cup of coffee in hand. I would come here again.

We stopped here on our way out of town and ordered a «shot in the dark». I have never ordered a shot in the dark before, let alone heard of it. So when the barista told me to close my eyes I had no idea. My daughter and I cracked up. It was delicious.

This is my first Unilocal review in years. I am a recent transplant from California and was wandering around main street when I came close to this place. I was immediately intrigued when the aromas of roasted coffee flooded my nose and after going in knew I was getting a cup. Idk the two people working there but they were wonderfully helpful and even had some hardware to bring home! That’s nice in such a small town. I ordered a chai with two shots of espresso in it and without hesitation the barista whipped me up a cup of delicious goodness. Great spot good people will return later when I have all the necessary equipment for a great cup of coffee.

Dropped by for a coffee and tea, nice place, had a patio outside, also there is a shop inside that sells clothing. It also sells ice-cream. I like the patio outside for people watching. Great green tea and coffee. There is also a no smoking policy outside in the patio. Good policy.

They really do have the BEST coffee in town! Support a local business and start your morning off right.

I waited a few minutes at the register while the barista, who didn’t even acknowledge me, finished off a few beverages. The Americano I had was dreadful. Maybe it was an off day or a bad batch?(I had read some positive reviews of the coffee on their Unilocal page.) The ambiance was seriously lacking too. Fluorescent lighting and café tables set up on the fringes of an apparel shop don’t inspire the typical coffee shop atmosphere. To their credit, the wifi was free and the staff didn’t mind me utilizing it for a couple hours during my road trip. Also, they offer Republic of Tea teas and Boulder Organic gelato, which are both delicious.

Probably the best coffee in Moab. They make a lovely espresso but expect long lines during peak times, particularly during tourist season.

I had a cup of coffee on the way to Cannyonlands from Arches. This place is cozy and locally loved. 7 of us stopped here and orders were so complicated. Only 1 guy was working, both as a cashier and a barista. He didn’t mess up at all and nicely and quickly served everything. It made me happy. Coffee after camping? Just great.

Cute little stop we made while driving through. It’s a small place attached to a clothing store. Lots of people were having the gelato and lots of outdoor seating. I got a smoothie(mango, blueberry strawberry). Very fresh tasting and big for around $ 5. Cute little place i’d stop at again if I were in the area. The cashier was super super friendly.

For a café that offers local coffee and homemade gelato, they seem less passionate than I would be if I had my own café. The first night in Moab, I wandered here for some ice cream. Their freezer/counter is much higher than accessible. I asked to sample a flavor and was given a stick with a tiny swipe of the surface of the ice cream and I wondered when the little sample spoons get to be used. Turns out, that’s what they give you for your gelato, instead of a proper spoons! I decided on the Italian Pistachio flavor because the pretty green color is simply irresistible. I wish I could say the same thing about the gelato itself, but I’ve definitely had better. The next day I wasn’t gonna come back for coffee but the other coffee house I found on Unilocal was nowhere to be found on the actual street! And we had to leave so I popped in here again for my morning joe. I asked the lady what the difference is between Macchiato and Cappuccino(just to test her knowledge and I had heard the previous customer ordering a to-go Macchiato and wondered if it can be flavored as opposed to a house Cappuccino…) Anyway, she gave me a nonsense answer, pretty much telling me Macchiato is a shot with foam and served in a tiny little cup, if I were to take it to-go it won’t fill up the paper cup, or something to that effect. Dummy me, should’ve asked for a good old latte! But at that moment, I was like forget it, just get me a cup of regular coffee and flavor it with one or two syrups from their extensive list. And I specifically told her not too sweet, just half the amount of syrup she’d normally pour in. I chose the Almond and Butter Rum. She prepared my syrup and just handed me the to-go cup, pointed out I could help myself to medium or dark roast blends from the two thermos at the end of the counter. Another sign I should’ve gotten a latte! At least there would’ve involved more hands-on work pulling the shot! At the end, I paid almost $ 2.50 for a small cup of coffee that’s too boozy(she still put TOOMUCH syrup in!), too sweet, and had a burnt aftertaste. I walked out the door and had to walk back in and asked for more coffee since it was not drinkable! Instead of re-doing my order, they just dumped my small cup of coffee in a medium cup and asked me to fill more coffee myself. At that level of sweetness, even 4 more ounce of dark didn’t help. And they gave me the look as if I purposefully ordered a small cup in order to exchange for a medium. It’s just drip coffee for crying out loud! Meanwhile, the last customer walked out with her perfect looking Macchiato. My morning is officially ruined!
