Mobile Civic Center Arena

I’ve never been here but rating them as a consumer with a very unsatisfactory customer service experience. Ordered tickets to an event through Ticketmaster and somehow our tickets were ordered for this location when we live in Pennsylvania we contacted ticketmaster as soon as possible who reached out to the Civic Center requesting a refund since they could see the tickets were never printed, scanned and all my billing information was indeed in Pennsylvania. The Civic Center declined to credit me my money back despite being told I never used the tickets. Ticketmaster made me aware today there was a glitch with their system around the time our order was placed for mobile users which we were. So they are going to be investigating this along with everybody else who was affected. It will take them 14 days to get back in touch with me. Mobile Civic Center clearly is all about the money whatever way they get it. If i lived in Alabama I would have been happy to have gone. They kept my money and ruined Valentine’s day for me.

We love our civic center Mobile. Please book some great stuff here and do the upgrades man y’all wasted money on other junk that’s no where as important as this is. I’m in a society and I know what we pay every year to rent it just for one night. So please keep it open. Let’s have a vote by the citizens rather to keep it or bring it down.
