These Fools are horrible! An incident with our small car had it un-​driveable (oil pan cracked), and it was towed to this location by my Insurance. It took a lot to replace the oil pan due to the compact engine, but it seemed like they screwed up at every opportunity. Then their error led to the Transmission fluid being low. It was like they had to get the part ‘on horseback’ delivered from the nearest Dealership in Birmingham (but I don’t even know if they knew about that Dealership). It took this Repair shop over 2 weeks to do the repair, after Jody told us it should be ready in about a week. Mike was want-​to-​be condescending to us, he never was very pleasant, and is too arrogant to be dealing with Customer Service. I made a Complaint to Corporate ‘Pep Boys’ about this store #1551, and it is past 2 more weeks and they have not even attempted to resolve it with me. They are shady/​corrupt too, as they quoted for our Insurance ~1300 for the work to be done, then on pickup day, they wanted/​received 1520. My Insurance did not approve the additional costs, and they were supposed to let my Insurance Co. know in advance of any changes of the estimate (they did not). We got stuck paying the extra 220 to get the car, and reconsidering our Insurance provider as I feel they should have given us the full amount (minus the 500 deductible) and taken the additional amount up with this store. Even after all our business was settled, they called me on a Sunday and left like a 3 minute voicemail of nothing but the wind. Do not trust this location or ‘PB’ with your automobile!

Love them! They do a great job for a great price.
