Lived there for over a year now, and I love it! The apartment is very nice, the new fitness center is pretty cool, and the management is very nice and helpful. Tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance, fenced parking with cameras, amazing rooftop balconies with industrial grade grill for tenant use. 10⁄10

I usually never write reviews online but I think that I should start with the tower on Ryan park. I have lived in a lot of apartments an condos and I have NEVER lived somewhere as as this. My girlfriend lived there for six months and had a studio. She didn’t see to much wrong with it besides the floors being concrete with glue left from the hardwood flooring being removed, the apartment manager spent 30 minutes trying to tell me it was custom flooring. After her lease was up we decided to move in together and get a one bedroom until we could find a house. When the leasing agent showed us the apartment there were 3 – 4 things that we noticed needing repair, which she assured us would be handled. Moving day which was a few days later they were not handled. We agreed upon a price and a lease term which was SIX months. She handed the job off to another agent who was to busy to help us just handed us the lease and said sign everywhere highlighted. The price was higher by 25 dollars but we were just going to let it slide, that should have been our clue to check the lease word for word. One week after moving in we came home to find the apartment above us was having an extreme water leak from the ac unit. The ceiling and walls were soaked and water was puddled in the floor. Upon further inspection we noticed this wasn’t the first time it had happened. The maintenance crew said the same thing that it happened repeatedly. the wood floors are bowed and warped, walls swollen an ceiling stained. Numerous electrical outlets are not working and I have a list of about 35 problems with this unit. We got a copy of the lease faxed over and come to find out the highly trained staff got our lease wrong and wrote it up for one year. But now it’s our word against theirs after they called me a liar in the office. Not to mention my car which I had for 3 weeks was hit in their gated, 24 hour surveillance parking lot and has 575 $ worth of damage. But yet they cannot look at the tapes and see who hit my car. If I could give this a negative I would. I’m sorry for the life story but anger doesn’t begin to express my feelings about this garbage they call high class living. I hope you seriously consider living here and be sure to read every word you sign!
