Would never recommended this lawyer to anyone. He takes the easiest way out and will not fight for you. He just bullies you into accepting agreements you did not want or agree to.

Do not hire this subpar attorney. He will take your money and do nothing for you. He is disorganized, lazy and unethical. He negotiated my divorce with the opposing attorney behind closed doors and would not include me in any decisions or even tell me truthfully what he negotiated. He gave the opposing party everything they wanted and generously more than 50% of the marital estate then refused to show me the settlement calculations. Levatino lied to me, his client, about how much he awarded to them. I am having to file a complaint with the State Bar to gain access to my divorce settlement. A client has the right to be informed about their case and the settlement reached on their behalf, obviously this attorney feels differently. Reading recent reviews of this attorney I see this is common behavior of his.
