Martinizing Dry Cleaning

Save your money and go elsewhere. I went to pick up my garment that needed some alteration and the price that was given to me at the time of drop off had change when picking up my garment. I told the lady she was the one that told me the price but she told me she doesn’t do the alterations so she doesn’t know. With the experience you have working there you should either know or don’t give out a price. I had to wait a longer period of time for my garment as well due to their machine not working. This place is not worth the one star. Take your business elsewhere.

Stay away from this place. I gave them a shot due to their convenient location in the same shopping center as my gym and bank. They’re also open pretty late (7pm).
I dropped off a suit and a dress shirt on Monday night before closing and was told it would be ready the following day, Tuesday, by 3pm.
I ended up working later than I expected Tuesday so I didn’t go back until Wednesday morning at 9am. Somehow, even with an extra 18 frickin hours, my shirt still wasn’t ready! I paid a total of $ 18 for three garments, and was told my shirt would be ready around noon Wednesday. When I mentioned I would be back later in the evening to pick up the shirt, the girl behind the counter said «oh so you’re not coming back at noon?» acting like I was somehow inconveniencing her! She then said she wouldn’t rush it since I would be back later in the evening. My suit was retrieved for me, since that was ready at least, and I noticed it was no longer in the garment bag I dropped it off in. When I asked about this, the worker told me the girl working on Monday night was «new» and shouldn’t have accepted my suit in a garment bag. Ok? What’s that got to do with me? She once again acted like I was inconveniencing HER and after retrieving my garment bag told me she had planned on tossing it.
Horrible service overall, horrible customer service, and their prices are much higher than other places. It’ll be worth the extra time and distance to go elsewhere and stay away from this place.

WOW, I walk in and the woman with glasses and curly hair greets me like she’s known me forever. I told her I’m great and feeling great. I was dropping off my husbands work shirts. She asked our last name and his first name. She said they would be ready tomorrow before 2 pm. Told me to have a great weekend and that was that. So personable with just a walk in walk out service. I can see why my Hubby keeps coming back.

Not even worth the one star. Customer Service is very poor. My husbands shirts had weird lines all ironed into the back side. They look like the marks are permanently going to be there. I had to try and iron them out at home to no avail. Why pay for something if I’m going to have to do it myself anyway. Won’t be back.

My wife is very seriously ill and the comforter on her bed suffered for it. I took the comforter to this business and they were very good sports about cleaning it (most of it I cleaned by hand, but the stains were a whole ‘nother problem…). I was quoted $ 250 for the cleaning and was only charged $ 40. They could have charged more but didn’t.
They also closed up a few holes they found in the comforter, caused by my wife’s favorite cockatoo who will chew most everything. No extra charge.
Can you beat that?
I also had a favorite Hawaiian shirt which was badly damaged last time I went sailing and they did an excellent job repairing it. Obviously, it did not look brand-​new, but I didn’t realistically expect it to. Hell, I thought it was going to wind up in the rag bag, so at least now it has second life! Nothing wrong with that. This shirt has stains that I’m fond of and have earned the hard way… it’s a die-​hard shirt, just like me: takes life’s exercises in being pushed around and pushes right back! I wear it exclusively when fair-​weather sailing.
I’ve had a problem with my wool airline uniforms (one tropical-​weight wool; the other winter-​weight wool) being properly pressed without ending up looking shiny. so I go to a shop that specializes in expensive suits and airline uniforms because the average suit I wear is very expensive (trust me: VERY), as are my uniforms. Professionalism knows no pain.

Unilocal, Unilocal Unilocal!!!Tried this drycleaner & had to take my suit jacket to Men’s Wearhouse for repairs afterwards. My suit pants had a double crease — EL SUCKO — I really hate that. One afternoon, I stopped there a minute or so before closing time (5:58 p.m. by my watch) & the counter lady looked at me getting out of my car & actually locked the front door on me. Maybe I should have used the drive-​thru? Whatever… RUDE — if you ask me. In my opinion, POOR customer service & less than ideal business hours. I switched to Del Rio Cleaners.
