Nx Stage Security

Just had two of the security screens installed on my front & back doors. The doors look nice & the quality is outstanding. The two guys who installed them were on time & did a good job.

Awful customer service. Rich Ison is a liar. Never followed up after her took my money and sent me this defective door. I would caution anyone to be careful and understand that nx stage only cares about pursuing contracts with larger companies and not the every day customer who makes purchases.
If I had known what I know about these people, I would have just taken the security risk with Home Depot. Rich Ison has wasted hours and days of my time with missed appointments and schedule confusions. He and the company have no respect for a customer once the money is collected. They place no value on your time.

Awful customer service. Awful follow up. They take your payment and no one calls to schedule. Once it’s installed, if you have issues, no one ever returns phone calls. When you make initial contact at the fair, you never again have access to the individual who accepts your initial payment.
The worst part is that your finished product will sit at their warehouse for months before you reach someone who can schedule for you.
As i work in the retail service industry, in shocked that this company is still in business. Both Rich and Kris are flakes who have remained inconsistent since they took my initial payment at the LA County Fair. (I should have just bought the jacuzzi this year)
With service this horrible, i cant believe that these Unilocal reviews are not worse unless there is some method used by this company to discourage honest reviews. I have never done business with a more unprofessional company. Do better, or sale the company. The product has so much potential.

Contractors, Joe & Steve have installed the «Sliderback» door and two window security screens for my home today: 8/​6/​2015-​The security screens’ frames are so thick in width-​the frames’ tensile strength will withstand hundreds of psi of force unable breaking the integrity of the screens and the patio door/​window locks! All the screens are absolutely incredibly, well-​made, security products I know will provide great security and add value to the equitable value to my property!
I’m truly impressed and so enthralled by Nx Stage Security’s Screens products, I realized I won’t have to install draperies on my windows or patio door. Best of all, privacy is so ultimately key where nobody can see inside my home but, I can clearly see outside the patio door and windows.

Nx Stage Security creates quality products. You will not be disappointed. The doors are made to your specifications, so you will have to wait for them to be manufactured, but it is worth the wait. Their installers are on time, and they get the work done in a timely manner. I am planning on adding a front security door because I am so pleased with my sliding door.

We have a really wide front door opening of 100″ that is made up of 3 panels The cool part is that it can open up fully accordion style. When these are all opened up, it creates really good air flow through the house. For privacy reasons we typically would only open the center door, but that still left us feeling a little unsafe as somebody could just walk right in (neighborhood cats did feel free to stroll in at times, lol).
I started looking for security doors that could cover the opening but would give me flexibility in opening more than just the center door so I could continue to have a large opening if I need it. I was getting quotes of around $ 4k to mirror my front door set up with security doors. That was a tough pill to swallow so I kept looking. I was on the verge of just getting a pull across screen (not security) for a few hundred dollars to solve the privacy issue (would not add security) until my husband came across Rich. He gave us a ballpark estimate since this was a non-​standard door and had some guys come out later in the week. Matt and his cohort took some measurements and Rich and my husband agreed to a price which was great in relation to the other quotes we were getting.
8 weeks later, which was just as they promised, Matt came back out again with the beautiful door, and about 1.5 hours later he had it fully installed. The door is beautiful. It functions great. We have already had quite a few neighbors compliment us on it in just one day!
They also made the door so that it could accommodate a keypad lock which is really great for people who don’t like to lug their keys around. I highly recommend this type of lock as it has an autolock feature and it is so much easier getting in and out of the house because of it.
Also, it is pretty amazing that these guys came out on the 4^th of July to measure and installed it on Labor Day. These guys are all hard working and take great pride in what they do.
If you need a security door or window I would definitely give Rich a call and let him know what you are trying to accomplish.

I had screens put on all my windows and front door. I love them. I was unable to locate them at first so purchased my patio doors elsewhere. I would have used Nx Stage if I had located them. They look so professional in construction and on my house. I feel safe with the front security door. What a difference from the regular security doors. They finished each project professionally. Many of my friends like the products and will be contacting them. They do not have a show room but work out of the home shows. I wish I had more windows/​doors to add these screens to.
