Problem Solved Pest Control

Don’t sign a contract with this company unless you plan to pay them for the rest of your life, and possibly your children’s lives after that!
During the time that we actually employed this company, the customer service was great. We paid for a year in advance, and they came out whenever we called them. This is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one.
Everything changed when we decided not to renew the next year, however. We told them this several times, and they claimed that everything was canceled. Unfortunately, we have continued to receive red invoices and calls about our «scheduled service» for months after canceling. Every time this happens we speak to someone in the office who says that it is all cancelled now and we won’t hear from them again. Each time they call about a supposedly scheduled service, they act like these are totally normal and expected reminders about our service. It is clear that they are attempting to trick us into paying them for service we have canceled. The red invoices make it seem like it is a late bill we owe them. After having spoken to the owner pictured above several times when he came out to our house, I have been overwhelmingly disappointed in the the shady business practices his company has employed since we discontinued our service. On today’s call, I informed the representative that if this happens again I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, but reviewing here is my first step.

I never knew there were so many ways to need pest control services.
