I agree with the dark & dingy review below! This bar is gross. Filled with the same customers that have probably been drinking here since it opened. I’m all for a dive, but this was a little too deep of a dive for my taste.

It was a regular dive bar. Bartender was nice. Nothing special. The crowd was older. No drama and no problems.

I really felt at home here. I come here often because I do my laundry right next door. The pool tables are very nice here and they have a great happy hour. I didn’t really know what to think of the place until I sat down for a bit. I love this place

If you’re looking for your run of the mill, sailor-themed neighborhood bar that plays live shows, this is it. The bar staff are friendly, and they aren’t going to give you a hard time if you’re not super regular. It’s pretty divey, but some of us are kinda into that sort of thing.
