Step Aside Pest Management

I’ve had Step Aside for 6 years now. They are professional and every tech I’ve had has been very friendly. I’ve continued service to every home I’ve moved to and now Mel is my Tech. He is great and always very helpful if I have any questions.

Omgosh, where do I start. It took me about two weeks to set up an appt. with Mel to come out and spray regarding lots of ants. Especially being told by him we all (dog and cat) and family of 5 to leave the house for 2 hours. Long story short. We have camera’s in the house and he lied about such. Find him to be very lazy a an LIAR!!! Camera’s don’t lie. He only sprayed under behind our refrigerator. He stated to my husband that he would be here spraying for 10 or 15 mins. He left right after we did. Camera shows he lefted the spray can in kitchen and walked around our house and used our daughter’s bathroom. We have a bathroom in laundry area. He didn’t know that be he didn’t spray laundry area and entry of garage like he said he was. He told us not to put the cat in the garage be he was going to spray. He said he was going to spray base boards and didn’t. Mel was so lazy to go out to his truck and asked my husband for a scew driver. As if my husband wasn’t busy enough. Trying to get disabled wife, and grand baby out of the house. Also, making sure we didn’t forget anything. Mel took off outlet right next to kitchen sink. He was to lazy to put back on. Yea, the customer can do that. It’s his job not mine. After all this we felt very taken advantage of and of our niceness. We are so frustrated and inconvenienced. Now we have to have someone else come out and do the job all over and right. Also, now told we don’t even have to leave the house. Just go into other room. We’re still infested with ants all over. Remember there’s a big brother everywhere and cameras don’t lie!!!

Great Service, Very Professional, & Todd was a great help explaining the details to my Dad.
My parents had a huge ant problem! No Joke! We’d see ants every morning invading the kitchen, bathroom, and even the bedrooms.
There are no Ants to be seen after only one Spray. Their even pet friendly!
