Ward Office Furniture

I have bought a few pieces of office furniture from Ward’s throughout the years dating back to 2000?. I have always been very satisfied with the products and customer service. I most recently worked with Tom in finding a file cabinet for my home a few weeks ago and had the same pleasant experience. I wish all companies could be as wonderful.

Always quick to communicate, great customer service. Tom went out of his way to help me fulfill a promise our company made to one of our customers. Days go by that I would not be able to do my job without the help and support of the friendly staff at Ward Office Furniture.

We just happened to be driving by today on our way to an appointment and we were in search of an office desk. They had a large selection of office desks, the kind I was looking for and we thought their prices were fairly reasonable considering the quality of the desks. We found one we liked and because we bought the desk, they threw in a used computer chair that is one of the nicest ones I’ve had so far! I’m happy with the service I got and no complaints from this customer. We paid for our desk and came back later to pick up. The guy helped us load it and because we had an SUV, he had to help us take the legs off of it to get it in the vehicle. He was nice enough to bring out the drill and help us. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience at Ward Office Furniture. I didn’t have to wait long for help and they genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is excellent and it was such a personal experience which is so hard to come by anymore. They have a HUGE selection of used office furniture and an even larger selection of cubicle panels. On top of their large inventory they are more than reasonable with their pricing.

If you are a fan of personality, then you have come to the right SPOT! I am a joker at heart and Tom was able to handle his own. As I looked around our office with the duck tape holding my chair together, I decided that our office team was in desperate need of chairs. We went to Ward Office Furniture in search of comfortable and economical office chairs, and that is EXACTLY what we found! I would absolutely recommenced Ward Office Furniture to people and plan to do so. Tom, the associate that works at Ward, was very patient when I wanted to try every single chair out. Even going as far as adjusting all of them to fit me. Way to go Tom in turning this company around!

I was reluctant to come to «Ward’s Office Furniture» as I have had negative experiences with «Warden’s Office Furniture» in the past. We’ll, I’m a moron because the two largest office furniture stores in Modesto are not related at all, despite having a curiously close name! I came in here on a Monday afternoon with my wife and young daughter. I’ll be honest, walking in the door I was extremely skeptical due to the other similarly named store. We were looking for a desk and a gentleman named Tom approached us immediately and offered to answer any questions but wasn’t too pushy. Boy did I have tons of questions! Tom really knew his stuff and ended up asking my wife and me a couple too. This really helped guide the process. We bought a beautiful desk at a great price compared to other stores. We will be back for a new office chair shortly. I am sure glad we came to Ward’s and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I was looking for a specific chair with a memory foam seat and pelicle mesh back and Ward Office Furniture was the only store where I could find it, the chairs at Office Depot were a little rickity. The tall handsome gentleman with the cowboy hat showed me several from the ones he had in stock and he had just what our hotel needed. He had a nice hispanic lad load it in our car and our staff couldn’t be any happier. We’ll go back to buy a Fire File when we have it in our budget. Great store, no wonder they have been in business over 100 years!

Complete unhappy with my experience. The people here are not interested in helping you out. They use foal language in front of customers, and in this circumstance all female customers.

I found the costumer service to be insulting. I was stuck waiting to ask questions (since items are poorly marked) for about twenty minutes. The man behind the desk called one of my good friends an offensive term in conversation with the gentleman ahead of me.
Later, I was ready to make a purchase, the the same offensive man told me «a few church groups are looking at the same item, they may already be sold.» I was so angry after waiting, being cursed at, deciding to make the purchase anyway and then being treated like less of a customer. I was ready to pay cash for a stack of chairs, and he basically refused me with his attitude. I walked out. I would rather take my $ 200 elsewhere.
