Baskin Robbins

I’ve never been to such a big dunkin/​baskin robbins where the employees can’t seem to figure out what they are doing. It was utter chaos every time I have been there. First time they managed to skip my order all together after waiting 20 min the first time and then another 20 min to actually get what I ordered.(to clarify, I did not order food) The second time, I couldn’t even get them to take my order… Waited in front of the counter for 15min and left because it would be faster just to find another dunkin nearby. I would never ever recommend going to this location for any reason. If there was no other dunkins in existence I would just switch to something else. To even give this one star in order to write this review is actually offensive to me.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in history. Never ever get orders correct and when they do it is awful. The other dunkin donuts up the street is superior. I don’t know who these people are. I ordered an iced coffee with a wheat bagel and butter. Got a hot coffee with a cinnamon raisin bagel. This is normal now. That’s why I check before I drive away. Honestly go anywhere else. Across the street to Duchess. They are all on drugs or just highly incapacitated.

I’ve been to this place several times b/​c they have a drive-​thru and they’ve screwed up my order at least 75% of the time. I most likely will not be going back again.
