Love the salon and employees. Very clean environment. Kathy and Michael are always great to work with. I have been going for almost 2 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Although their hours are 9 – 7 when I arrived at 9:20 the front door was still locked. Both employees were on their cell phones and entirely lacking In customer service. No greeting, no «how can I help you?» I should have left when I was told that they had appointments beginning at 10:00 but that they could «get me out in time.» Wow! There is a sign posted saying walk ins are welcome. Not so much. Pedi was good. Brow wax was just barely okay. Unfortunately, it was all overshadowed by a rough touch and abrasive attitude. I will never go back.

Parking easy and free.
Location is great for getting gas and groceries to complete errands.
Pros: great nail color selection. Lots of chairs so can take big groups if you are going out with friends to celebrate for a girls day. Easily takes walk ins.
Cons: quality of your pedicure is hit or miss. I am 35 and have had a pedicure every 2 weeks since 15 years old. so a total of approximately 520 pedicures in my lifetime. I’ve had one of my worst pedicures here. I brought my own flip flops and wore shorts so nothing would smudge the polish. It dried lumpy and smudge paint. I had some paint on the skin around my toes. The shape of the nail was uneven at a diagonal.
I should have taken a picture but was so frustrated I didn’t want to argue in front of my girlfriend/​client I was hosting for pedicures. So I drove to another salon a couple days later and had to have it redone.
I will likely not come back unless I can pick the nail technician. I like the owner she is great.

Had a pedicure done. I noticed before I was ready to go that the person doing my toenails had missed an are, so I asked her to fix it. She proceeded to just add polish over the top of the clear coat. Needless to say the polish did not even last 1 day. Will not be visiting that salon again.

Very clean and accommodated our wedding party at the last minute! Gave nice foot and lower leg massages!

Do not go to this salon!!! The owner Kathy is so rude you feel like you are an inconvience to her. She is just not friendly!
I asked the girl doing my nails to do one color with a French over it but I needed the French part thicker because of my job I didn’t want it to chip. She told me first the colors I wanted would not work, they did work I’ve done these colors 3 times! And she told the girl 1 coat, I said I need more than 1 coat again she said 1 coat and walked away!
My nails chipped my first day back to work! I found a new nail salon. This business is horrible!!!
The phone rang while I was in here, this is while Kathy was doing my pedicure, she told the person on the phone I just don’t want to be here today and then continued to talk to whoever was on the phone like I was not there. I paid for the more expensive pedicure with 10 minutes of foot massage, I’m lucky if I got 5 because it was during this time the phone rang and she kept her timer on!!!
They had someone else paint my toe nails she asked do you want a design I said no no design. She painted a design I was not paying attention to her while she was doing it and looked up and I had crappy little swirls all over 1 toe and she was about to start my next big toe!!! To late to stop her so I let her swirl my toe!!! Frustrating!

I have been going here for 5 or 6 years. Kathy, Michael, and all the staff are excellent. I get pedicures regularly due to ingrown nails. Always an excellent job! I get waxed here too. Will not go anywhere else!

Was hoping they would get better so tried going here again. Only person in the place and my pedicure was rushed and polish job sloppy. Gal talked on the phone and did a bad polish job. Rolled my pants down over wet legs, and didn’t even bother spraying the nails so the polish takes and lasts.

LOVE THEM! I get my lashes and nails done here.
The owners are dolls! They are so nice, always remember your name and more impressively, whats going on in your life! This is the true definition of immaculate customer service!
I will always come here!

I have tried this service twice. The first time it was in the evening, they acted rushed and not friendly. I chalked it up to bad timing even though my polish did not even stay on during the drive home. Another place I enjoy going to was very busy so I decided to try here again. I was going to an event that evening. Sadly it was a poor experience for the same reasons and I won’t be going there again.

Have been a customer for a long time and every time I go somewhere else I’m disappointed. Have always had excellent customer service and the place is very clean. They do great work. The owner will sometimes answer the phone while she is working (it’s hard running a business) — but that has never affected the quality of the mani and/​or pedis I’ve received there.

Bad pedicure, but also bizzare «customer service».The woman doing my pedicure actually answered her cell phone in the middle of my pedicure and chatted away – one of her hands holding her cell phone up to her ear while using her other hand to do a bad pedicure. She never asked me about trimming or shaping; she rushed through, doing a sloppy job, even though there were no other customers in the salon. She was extremely rude, never even said hello or goodbye. Worse, my nail polish was put on so poorly and globy, most of it smeared off within an hour. I didn’t have time to fix it myself before heading to the wedding I was going to. Very disappointed – I will not go back.
