So damn slow been waiting 1.5 hours to update billing information that I cannot do online. Glad that the people working here take the time to import all information via the cloud to new phones and install updates on new phones while the hole store is full of people and screaming kids because they have also been here for 2 plus hours

Buyer beware. I didn’t like the fact that what I was verbally told prices that were different on the printed contract — then when I wanted to cancel it, I was told it was too late and would face cancellation fees, restocking fees, etc. Long story short, with pressure from the attorney general and bbb, the Chief Administrative Officer of Go Wireless committed to retraining the entire district staff, committed to providing a written agreement before committing to it — and wrote a check for the difference between the verbal and contract prices. I won’t be using this store again but hope that you will be fortunate to experience the new and improved sales training and process.

Honestly I can’t really rate the store service as they were not open at 10:20 am Saturday morning when their hours are opening at 10. 3 of us cars sat outside and got tired and decided to go elsewhere. I have been a Verizon customer for over 7 years and never had this happen till this location. Then they took 4 months to send a reply of sorry call for further service. Wow never heard of poorer service from a Verizon center.

I ordered a new phone from this store with the understanding that I would be able to turn in my old phone for a rebate. They were quick to accommodate when trying to sell the new phone. When coming in for the new phone I was rudely informed that they«didn’t want my old phone». Speaking to the manager he would not honor what they promised, but would only offer to return my new phone. After being in the store twice to order and then pick up the phone each time taking an hour and a half with immature and turns out inept sale people. Store manager was no more helpful than employees that gave wrong info. Definitely will be going elsewhere in the future After posting this review I was contacted by company reps who were willing to coach employees and admit they were wrong but not honor what their employees offered.

I’ve been with Verizon Wireless for over 6 years. Up until visiting this particular retailer, I’ve always had great things to say. My opinion has changed significantly. In 2012, I upgraded my phone and plan at this store. I was talked into a particular phone model(Samsung Galaxy Statosphere) and told it was the best phone they had. I immediately started having problems with the phone. After a few months, I could almost none of the functionality, including Facebook, email, and making phone calls was becoming a challenge. Basically, before making a call, I had to reboot the phone to clear its memory because this model has almost no RAM. After a year of dealing with this, I got fed up. My husband has his service through AT&T. We decided that we would transfer him to Verizon, and upgrade my phone by signing a new contract. Yes – bring them MORE business and buy two phones. However, when we went to the store, the girl who helped us said that we would have to pay full retail price for a new phone because I wasn’t due for one yet. Mind you, I’m also about to bring them a whole new phone plan… but she didn’t care. She just shrugged her shoulders and handed me back my half-functional phone. I explained to her that, on the other hand, I could cancel my plan with them for $ 350 and go to AT&T on my husband’s plan for less money overall and get a brand new phone. She said that might be smarter. Interesting sales pitch to tell the customers to close their account and go somewhere else. We weren’t asking for a free phone – all I wanted to do was sign a NEW two-year-contract, add a new line and get a phone at that price. No loss for them at all. Well, there was one loss… my desire to be their customer.

After my «experience» there at GoWireless, Gabi talked to me on the phone. She was both helpful and professional. Asked questions about what they could do better and offered real solutions to my problem. Mistakes can be made at times, but I certainly appreciate when sincere efforts are made to correct them. Nicely done GoWireless!
