I love this gym and dance studio! I can honestly say that this is the best place to get everything I need for my workout routines. I dance with a professional star quality dance pro, and then I have a customized plan with my personal trainer. This husband and wife duo are the best! I will remain a lifetime customer with No Limits Fitness and Dance. If you are looking for a gym that is open 24 hours, Personal Trainer, or Dance lessons this is the place to go.

No limits is an incredible gymnastics and gym! The staff is super incredible and knowledgeable about their craft. My daughter’s main focus this summer was to learn her backhand spring. In less than four classes — Ashton has successfully taught her that and more! We cannot wait to see the next thing that she teaches her.
