I’ve only had the pleasure of doing business with this location over the phone, but the service was fantastic! They were so friendly and really helped me out with a special order. I can not thank them enough. If I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely be stopping by for a drink of my own. Thank you!

By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too in my life. I’ve been to at least a hundred Starbucks locations. Every single time I’ve gone back, it’s been the same slow service. Taking the order isn’t the problem, it’s getting my coffee(s) after waiting 20+ minutes for it. This is not an exaggeration, this is the truth. It should not take over 25 – 30 min. to wait in line, order a drink(s) to finally getting them in your hand. The shortest time they ever made my my coffee, was in 25 minutes total from the time i walked in. Reguardless, ITSHOULDNOTTAKETHATLONG!!! I absolutely will never try this Starbucks again. I use to always say that, then a couple years go by, and i try again, then leave even more disapointed then the last bad experience. This time, I promised myself I would never step foot back there ever again. Just to double check, I’m only speaking for the one right next too the Big 5 in Monroe. The other 3 in Monroe, inside Fred Meyer, Safeway, and the other right next too GNC, are all excellent w/their costumer service bace. Their efficient, consistent and fast paced, and most importantly great people.

The new manager(Catherine) has spoiled this store. She clearly is more focused on what goes into the register than what goes into the cup. The odds of having the 2 – 3 baristas make my coffee to order are just to slim to gamble anymore — and I’m tired of paying full-price for a half-priced coffee. If I could pay for what actually made it into the cup, my price would be dramatically cheaper. Short syrup pumps, bitter long shots and whatever temp the machine decides. There are better coffee slingers in town — drive on folks.

Very friendly service. We ordered 5 drinks at once on one bill but the starbuck staff was willing to give 5 coupon for $ 2 grande frap to be used after 2pm. It just happens that because we paid everything on one receipt, we only get 1 coupon. But the staff knew there are people who doesn’t want their coupon and it ended up with us. Guess we needed it most. Ordered the mango black tea lemonade. It was not bad but can’t say it was great great. Wish I just ordered the frap instead. friendly service. Yes this Starbucks is pretty busy.

Am I the only one who didn’t get the memo that pastries aren’t available half hour before closing time? Stopped by at 6:30 tonight and the pastry case was completely empty. Asked the girl at the counter if they were completely out of patries for the day. Rather than answering yes or no, she brashly replied with: «We close in half hour.» and went on about her business. Customer service at its finest, appreciate it Starbucks.

Friendly staff and great drinks! As a vegan I had a lot of questions and they were happy to answer all my questions! Btw most Frappuccinos are vegan friendly now! Ask for soy milk(powder is vegan now) but always double check!

Beware the drive thru — it can get CRAZY long at times. Other than that — it’s a starbucks.

Friendly staff. Pretty quiet on a Saturday afternoon. Fast service and clean store & bathrooms. Small café space, though, with only a handful of tables.

This is a bit out of the way for me, but it isn’t bad. Typical Starbucks, and they do get my drink right. :o)

I visit this place almost every day for coffee during the week. Needless to say they are awesome! They are friendly, personable, & get to know their customers. It doesn’t feel like your typical franchise coffee place because the employees make it feel like a small town café where a group of retirees come to sip coffee & talk about the news, or skiers stop in to warm up to & from Stevens Pass. They so a great job here of keeping it small town!
