The staff is incredibly rude. I called to ask about what time I would have to bring back a movie the following day to not receive a 3 day charge — it being my first time possibly going to the store, I didn’t know the policy. The person on the phone treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing that they don’t charge by the day. When I politely said I hadn’t been there before, so I didn’t know that, and thanked her — she responded with a «Mhm, bye.» And hung up. This is the reason no one goes here in Monroe and chooses Redbox. Better service from a robotic metal box.

Why I keep going to this place, other than the fact that there is no other video store in Monroe. is beyond me… the staff is RUDE. always…I have been going to this store since opening… the people just have an attitude. example = they have a sign that asks for people, customers, to not use cell phone at the counter. I agree that it is rude for people to do this. and people do use their phone all the time… BUT then I was at the counter and the employee helping me ignored me while talking on the phone! I inquired about this with another person, who I assumed was a manager or an owner, the response was. ‘the call was probably an emergency’ what? An emergency? Really… This is just one example of the way they treat people. also whenever I ask a question it seems like I am making the staff go out of their way to help… with Netflix. redbox streampix etc. I am still astounded at the poor service. I am in the customer service business a well… and I can say that if I treated my customer like the way they do. I would be unemployed.
