KC Hopper

Very stressful experience with this store. I decided to buy my wedding invitations here against my better judgement. The owner was very distracted and never remembered what we talked about at our previous meetings. She seemed to either not care about my order because it was not very large or she just was too busy with life outside the store. She never seemed to respect any deadlines that I had about getting my invitations out or getting back to me with responses. I cried to her multiple times about how frustrated I was with her lack of responses and unprofessional process. I do not recommend.

Stacey has been great working with us for our wedding invites. She is full of great ideas and super helpful! I will be definitely coming back for more invites and cute gifts.

My hubby and I went into this ADORABLE card/​stationary/​gifts store, to meet with his cousin. My hubby’s cousin was going to make our wedding invitations for us, and she is a frequent customer at KC Hopper so the owner of the shop knows her very well. The owner of the shop (Katherine), was super sweet and friendly to us. The quality of her products were great, there’s so many styles and colors to choose from it was a bit overwhelming. But luckily we had his cousin with us, who knows a lot about cards and stuff. I recommend anyone to this lovely lil shop for your card/​stationary/​gifts needs.

I wouldn’t even give this store one star… but that is the lowest rating you can give. Do not ever ever ever shop at this store… the employees are very rude, and act as if you don’t matter, and they are wayyyyyyyy over priced. KC the owner is very snotty and she acts as if her customers don’t matter and that you are a burden to her because you are impeding on her time. I will never again walk into this store.

I went into K.C. Hopper today for Small Business Saturday. They mostly sell stationary (both pre-​printed and personalized). They also sell pens, letter openers, etc. We were specifically looking for a letter opener and they only had two in stock. One was very plain but cost $ 31. The other was silver-​handled with a clear blade but there was not a price on the opener or its box.
There were two or three employees present but they were too busy sitting (literally) towards the back of the store complaining about how much work Small Business Saturday can be. I wanted to ask if they had other letter openers and even milled around right in front of them but they wouldn’t stop complaining.
The store is very beautiful but I think the prices and attitude of the employees make it a major miss for me.

Super place for weding invitations!!! Got mine here! The owner was super helpful and let us take our time looking thru all her books!!! Took us 2 days to pick the right one but they’re perfect! I even started buying all my special day cards (weddings, birthdays, ect.) here…
