Was in Michigan to ride the Hart Montague trail at the end of September with 5 friends and had a problem with my brakes dragging. Looked everywhere for a bike shop. This shop was closed for the season but we happened to run into the owner in the parking lot. He was clearly not dressed for working on a greasy dusty bike but agreed to take a look at it. Long story short he fixed my bike so I was able to join my friends on our 30 mile bike ride. What a great guy. Can not thank him enough. When I asked him what I owed he said «nothing» and refused to accept the cash I offered. Again. Great guy!
