Food was terrible! Customer service was great. Dude at the drive thru window was polite and friendly. That person that handed me the food was also very pleasant but my fries were old and soggy, my nuggets looked as if the old hadn’t been changed in weeks. I called to complain. No answer but left a message. Still no call back.

This is the 3rd time I visited this McDonald’s via drive thru. The first time they completely messed up all of our burgers. Then when I called to complain they said they would place me in their managers book. Then when u went to recoupe they error, they couldn’t find the book, conveniently. So they never honored they’re agreement. Just tonite I tried again, and they served me stale over cooked chicken nuggets that cost 4 bucks alone. They were completely inedible! My 3 medium fries were full of grease, and overt cooked as well! I super passed, and I will be complaining to corporate!

This was my first visit to the McDonald’s located in the Montclair Plaza. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese with fries and a drink. Guess what I got? A Quarter Pounder with cheese with fries and drink.
In all seriousness, this particular location did a great job. Everything tasted as it should, it was hot, and the service was fast. In addition, the employees were very friendly, which goes a long way in my book. This is the reason I added this business to Unilocal!
If you are ever at the Montclair Plaza and need a McDonald’s fix, give this location a try!
