They DONOT honor gift receipts! They must call the store where the item was purchased and have the receipt faxed to them. This does not work when their fax machine is not working. What is the point of a gift receipt? Just a waste of paper. Poor customer service.

I had a very good experience here, I was looking to upgrade my Dodger gear before going to a game later that day and was helped out by Frankie who was really helpful and friendly. He made it easy for me to get an authentic jersey and then made it possible for me to get a second replica jersey. I felt he saved me money so I purchased a few other items as well in appreciation of the great service. Would definitely come back for future shopping… p. s I understand people might feel it’s expensive but everyone needs to remember the store must make money and is providing a service! I had gone to champs and they didn’t even carry authentic jerseys and there’s no way I could’ve ordered a jersey online and got it on time for the game I was going to later that day. Besides it’s always better to try on the jerseys and make sure you like the fit than to receive it in the mail and have it fit funny. Sure it’s pricy but what isn’t pricy these days? Especially if you want quality. You get what you pay for people!

For the sports LOVER!!! I am one, but I was in here looking for a birthday present for a friend. The employees were extremely helpful and welcoming. This place has a great selection of things and prices from authentic jerseys to hats and pens. I liked the fact that I found unique things like sports toothbrushes, wrapping paper, keychains and more. Just know that there are no RETURNS only exchanges or store credit within 30 days with receipt… Definitely a FAN and I found what I needed! Thank you

Located on the second level of the Montclair Mall, Pro Image has been a go to shop for sports enthusiasts for the past ten years or so. They have a high selection of jerseys, a small selection of hats, and a few other items of sports memorabilia. If they don’t have what you are looking for they can order it from another store. Sometimes they can order personalized jerseys too. Note that they only really sell MLB, NBA, and NFL jerseys. The customer service used to be fantastic about 6 to 7 years ago. Employees always had a smile on their faces and took pleasure in assisting customers. In recent years, the employees have become more and more impersonal. Some of the employees still do their job well, but most are rather discourteous. The prices on the jerseys and hats are often overpriced, but they do have an excellent selection. I recently purchased a jersey for 110 dollars only to discover I could have got the same thing from Amazon for 83 dollars. The real kicker is the return policy, which is absolutely ridiculous. There are no refunds, only store credit and exchanges. I suppose that policy exists so you cannot return the overpriced items when you realize there are better deals online. In my case I could have saved about 25% by waiting a couple days. All in all, the store has a great selection but it is pricey. If you have to have your product now, and you know you won’t need to return or exchange the item, then this is likely a good choice for you.
