Ricardo recently helped us sale our home in Victorville. We were originally looking to buy a home in the Ontario area. What I loved and appreciated the most about Ricardo is that he was not pushy like other Real estate agents. He never pressured us to put an offer, he understood that a home is a big purchase & it needed to make all of us happy. He was always honest with us & respected our decisions. For example, my Dad wanted to list the house in Victorville for a little higher asking price than the comparibles so that we can make a little bit more of a profit. Ricardo respected that & wasn’t just trying to make a quick commission. He was trying to keep us happy & he did. I’m sure other real estate agents might have just said NO, & wanted to list the house based on comparibles even if it meant us loosing money. He always answered all our questions & followed up with phone calls, texts, & e-​mails. He was always patient with my parents & me & if you know my Dad this is not an easy task. He loves to call & bug people all day. We will definitely be making business with him again soon when the time comes to buy another home.

Ricardo and his team made the home buying process as pleasant as can be. As a first time home buyer, I had lots if questions and Ricardo was more than willing to answer them in a was that I could understand. Ricardo is also extremely prompt and punctual. If he says he is going to get something done by a certain time, he will get it done by that date. Buying a home is a lot of work, but his reliability made it very manageable for me.
