I took in my Samsung Galaxy S5 active for screen repair my phone look like it was ran over twice with a diesel truck. Really didn’t think my phone could be repaired but long behold Maurice fix my phone and made it look like new. I’m very happy with the service and didn’t cost arm and leg. So call me an idiot, that is for trusting incompetency.
After picking up my phone from having the screen replaced, it went blank after a few hours. (also, when i picked up the phone, the sim card was not in it and Maurice had to run to his warehouse to get it…)
Back to Maurice I go, where he insists it has to be the battery, the board, the anything but he work they did. granted, the PHONE WAS WORKING, it’s only the screen that didn’t. But no problem, it’s under warranty, I’ll fix it at no additional cost!, so says Maurice…
I get the phone call, «we think it’s the mother board, we think we will need to reset it»…I ask, wait, what about my stuff on the phone? you know, contacts, messages, photos? «no worries, it won’t affect this at all”(so says Maurice).
So this is where I don’t know who I am more angry with, Maurice, for not knowing what the hell he is talking about, or me, as I know resetting a phone will pretty much kill everything. But no, I like Maurice, I believe in him.
I am an idiot.
A couple of days latter Maurice calls to let me know the phone is ready. Now I am excited because living with a phone that is not yours is difficult at best. So imagine my reaction when I turn on the phone and the wallpaper is the HTC default background. I know real fast what was up. Let’s see:
contacts?, none.
email accounts?, none.
pictures?, none.
text messages?, no.
Apps…NONE
«Maurice, where is all my stuff?»
His response had to do with resetting this and changing that, anything but, «I fucked up», «man I am so sorry»… «I ASKED YOU SPECIFICALLY IF THERE WAS A CHANCE THIS COULD HAPPEN, YOU SAID NO»
As I was leaving, (not quietly, as you can imagine), Maurice actually suggested I was being ungrateful.
The best part?
Within 2 hours, the screen went dead again.
So let this be my $ 190.00 lesson. Back up everything, sometimes it’s easier to just replace it, and don’t take any repairs to Wireless since 2004.

Dropped my phone in a bucket of water at work didn’t even know how long it was in there for, decided on getting it fixed since it didn’t want to turn on whatsoever. I found Wireless Since 2004 on a craigslist Ad. It took 4 days to get fixed only because it didn’t pass the test the first time, the guy who was fixing my phone said he didn’t want to give up just like that, he even offered me a loaner phone. My phone works good now thanks to him:) really recommend them, very kind and won’t give up on your phone.

I had a great experience dealing with them. They fixed my samsung S4 cracked screen and LCD in one day. Friendly service at a great price! Even provided a loaner smartphone while they repaired it.

I needed a 3GS for my daughter. Maurice got it a couple of days later. We were happy, then the battery wasn’t keeping charge. I took it back, he put a new battery… Now we are all good, quick and good service. I’ll be back for sure!

Maurice at WirelessSince2004 saved my vacation. The day before I was to leave on vacation, I dropped my prized Samsung Galaxy SIII in a bucket of water, and it quit working. When I got where I was going, I visited several Verizon stores looking for help with it, but they all wanted to push me into either buying a new, or a refurbished or a crappier phone or pulling some caper with their bogus cellphone insurance providers. Desperate, I was looking for a deal on a replacement phone and found Maurice at WirelessSince2004 on Craigslist. I was blown away at how confident he was that he could repair my phone, and how quickly he said he could have it back to me. It needed a new screen, and he even charged me less for the repair than he originally quoted me! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It worked perfectly when I got it back, as if nothing had ever happened to it. Awesome service!

This business is in a small shopping center located near a shoe repair store. What a nightmare! My teenage son took his non-​working Iphone to this store to be repaired. Instead of getting his phone repaired, he left their business with a different Iphone that they sold to him for $ 180 after the trade-​in of his non working cellphone and also the trade-​in of another older style cell phone. The refurbished Iphone only worked for less than 2 weeks before it overheated while it was charging, the screen cracked and then the phone stopped working. He returned to the store and they said for him to take it to an Apple store as they would replace the phone for him. So he drove to the Apple Store, waited and was told that he was out of luck since that phone didn’t have the original screen installed in it. Now this business is telling him that they will fix the phone that they sold to him but they will charge him for the repair. What a rip-​off! What they should have told him is to take his original Iphone to the Apple Store when instead they sold him a crappy, old Iphone that stopped working. .. you have been warned!
