I used Legal Zoom to incorporate my business, but was left feeling unsure about my paperwork and keeping up with compliance laws. I contacted Frank about meeting up with me to review my documents and he promptly responded with a time and place to do so.
Frank was on time and prepared material in advance. He knew exactly what he needed to look at, and asked for my incorporation documents so that he could review them after our meeting. During my consultation, he provided me with step-​by-​step instructions with everything I needed to do, and outlined important compliance dates and such.
For our next meeting, he went over my documents with me and said that they were fine. He also took the time to provide me with documents I needed for my corporate minutes and went over how to properly fill out stock certificates.
