Fashion Nova

This store offers free 2 day shipping when you order online if you spend over $ 75. Well, I spent a little more than that, about 10 days ago. The items were «shipped last Monday» and I understand giving a few days, since we had some snow, but my package is no where to be found. The post office nor Fashion Nova know where my package is. All they say is its on its way. No updates since the 28^th, and conveniently they don’t offer refunds and cannot help me after the money was collected. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I mean. unless you don’t mind not receiving your stuff. Day 10… Still waiting…

Almost anyone and everyone follows fashion nova on Instagram. I was always impressed by almost anything if not everything they post on Instagram. I finally decided to stop by a location to pick up a pair of jeans.
I will say this I wasn’t at all impressed with the store itself or its presentation. The selection was okay and most of the clothing wasn’t as impressive as I expected. The jeans however are great it’s the dresses and the material is what I wasn’t impressed with.
The customer service was mediocre if that. I think it’s just that I expected more. I left with a pair of jeans and a tee. I’m not sure if I’ll visit this location again, but I may check out a few others.

I absolutely love this store! I found out about them through Instagram and instagrammer @ninzeey who models all their clothing. They have the new trends and a larger variety of clothes. It’s also good material not cheap. The prices are normal between forever 21/​Charlotte russe. I believe they are the next big fashion store out there. I wish they would come to West Covina mall :)
Only had one prob… I ordered something the other day they charged me and 3 days later said it was out of stock but I would get a refund. I called this store and asked if they had the product which they did and put it on hold for me. The staff is super helpful and friendly. :)

This is the only location I have visited, it’s near my house. I don’t particularly like this mall but ok!
This store is definitely for the fashion forward trendy girl with a SEXY body! It needs to be on point in order to be able to pull off these styles… trust me!
I think the staff is very attentive, I always get approached when i walk in the store. They seem to enjoy talking to customers and usually when girls shop here it’s for a specific event.
I wish the owner would pay as much attention or put as much effort into the look of the store as he does to the social media part of his brand. Social media is pretty great, attracts a lot of attention but when girls visit the store the expectations might not match up.
Not everything online is at the store, maybe restocking can be improved?
I don’t like the customers who leave bad reviews and say they can get the clothes at Santee Alley. As someone with a fashion background I can tell you: No you really can’t. And YES that’s where all the clothing is coming from, that’s downtown la for you! But no you can’t just drive down there and buy the same exact thing! You need a business license to begin. There’s minimums and you have to hike the dirty streets to be able to pull all of these looks together. Yes the fabric used is thin and cheap but that’s fast fashion. Cheap. This is a BUSINESS and businesses buy and resell to MAKE MONEY. You can’t expect the clothing to be dirt cheap and expect it to be sold at the cost. They need to pay rent, employees, light bill, Internet bill, transportation, web, marketing costs, buyers, order processors, vendors… list goes on. If you can’t afford a $ 30 dress then you must be doing something wrong!
All in all, I like the brand! It’s on top of the latest trends!
