Dr. Marcus is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I went into his office and paid a $ 50 cop at waited for 2 ½ hours before he could see me and asked me for a additional $ 320 cash before he would even consult me. On top of it I brought in my x-​rays (which his staff asked me to do) and he wouldn’t even look at them. He told me that my $ 320 would apply to my deductible but that he was giving me «special rate» and going to over charge the insurance. He didn’t even take the time to talk to me about what I was there for. He was more concerned about fretting paid. Doesn’t co pay cover consultation? I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Don’t waste your time and let’s also mention his facility was filthy. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life! Shame on him! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
