This review is solely based on their online services.
I was looking for a particular pair of shoes online and Robert Wayne had it available at a great price. I couldn’t believe how many shoes they have so I decided to call and verify they had the shoe I wanted in stock. The operator was very kind and gave me the info I needed.
After ordered I received the shoes safely, however the box was almost completely destroyed. I personally don’t really care since they aren’t collector items, but either way I imagine some customers would find this inappropriate.
