School Uniformity

If I could buy the uniforms elsewhere I would. I try to avoid having to pay the shipping and actually drive to the store and most of the time once I size the kids it turns out they don’t have one or more things I need in the size I need. They do come out to the school occasionally but always during working hours so it is difficult for me to be there. Once I wanted a uniform jacket and they were out. Rather than order it for me they told me I would just have to wait until they decided they needed more and that would probably be a few months. I don’t find them to be very customer service friendly and honestly they don’t have to be since we aren’t given a choice where to buy the uniform.

How disappointing! The store looked liked a dump and the service was pretty bad. Especially from the elderly lady who walks with a cane… she is consistently rude and gruff. A couple of moms and I have decided that these uniforms are too expensive to deal with such bad service and we will do all we can to have our school drop our account with this place.

Bad service! I was there this morning to exchange my daughters uniforms (too big) and the lady there was rude and said she was not dealing with me because the school staff (administration) had to return it for me!!! Really? What’s the difference you billed my credit card not the school. Their quality of clothes is also cheap!!! Thumbs down to their customer service and quality of clothes!!!

For the most part I am a bit disappointed with this place. Sure they have the uniforms, but not to the quantity I would of wanted. I have twins, so getting three sets of uniforms turns to six. Well, that was an issue because they don’t stock enough for each size or item.
Nothing could be answered because the owner wasn’t there. Can I order? When will it be back in stock? Pretty much any questions we had for future orders cannot be answered because the owner wasn’t there. All my kids needed were some shorts, shirts, sweat pants and sweat shirts. My wife and I would ask when will it be available, and none of the helpers can give us anything concrete.

Be careful on the size you purchase. I asked for size large shirt for my kid and the lady insisted it was too big so she just wouldn’t bring out a large. I ended up with a medium and had to return four months later for bigger shirts. I mean I know kids grow fast but really?

Great selection of all the school uniforms, I will return.

If you are lucky enough to have a school that makes appointments, they will send out a van with workers to sell your school uniform on your campus. This makes it easier to get your uniforms, if your school is far from their store. Also, since they can’t bring everything for that school, they will order anything that they run out of at the school and they will pay the shipping, as a courtesy to their customers.
During the summer it tends to get busy. Especially for the «back to school» rush. While it can be a pain to wait in line for your number to be called, it’s worth it to know that you will be individually taken care of. And if you are smart, you’ll take advantage of their 20% Off sales during April and December.
