Awesome service! Maggie was fantastic! She made out sandwiches so fast and she was so polite!

Nothing extraordinary about this location.
The times I have been here, it has been very clean and staff is friendly.
They do seem to be short on staff because at 3pm there was a big line and only two sandwich artists.

This place is clean. Lot of seating. The people where nice and I got my good fast. There not to say about a subway. Must of them are all the same. It’s just the people that work there, that make you feel welcome

This Subway has exceeded my expectations. Very clean at all times, only subway I’ve seen that has cookies at all times. They’re not stingy with their vegetables unlike other subways. Get my sandwich quickly considering that there is always a heavy rush whenever I go. Very satisfied customer!

I’ve been to this Subway a few times and each visit was fine up until my last one. I walked up to the counter and they apparently have a gnat problem. The sandwich maker was trying to wave them away as she was making sandwiches. She got one, looked up at her glove, then looked up over the counter to see who was looking at her. She changed her gloves and continued to make sandwiches. Anyone up for gnat sandwich?

Came here for a sandwich, it was good and most of all, the place was clean. The service was fine… not sure what kind of greeting these «delusional» customers are expecting because it’s a SUBWAY! It’s not like I’m staying at a hotel for a couple of nights… but hey who am I too judge. As long as the workers aren’t rude and give me attitude then we’re good to go. I’d come back and actually do.

Came in here because i was craving for a subway, didnt get the usual welcome to subway greeting i get. Maybe its late at night 10:30pm that the employees here has no motivation to do any kind of service. Especially that lady Herminia that helped me. It just ruins your night. I know a couple of people that needs a job who are better willing to provide a better service than her.

This place is by far the worst subway I’ve seen. They can’t care less about customer service and there’s no such a thing called customization — they simply don’t listen and when they make the sandwich wrong, they blame it on the customer. I’m pretty surprised that it is still a 2.5 star. Honestly, it does not deserve it at all. 1 star would have been even too much for them in terms of rating. Should have listened to the fellow Unilocaler who complained. Just don’t bother to come, period.

Idk why I even bother to come here for lunch, been here before and their service was very lousy… figure give it a try again and nothing has changed. The ladies that work the counter serious need to either find new jobs or change their attitudes, they make it seem like they are doing you a favor by making you a sandwich or following on your request. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit east on Beverly to the much smaller but 100% more efficient subway. I think this branch is the training branch where all new hires start.

Food here is not fresh. My daughter and I both got stomach ache. Not too clean. They were sweeping up dust right next to us eating. Employees move very slow here.

We came here at about 3:30 on a Wednesday. Unfortunately, so did many high school kids. I admit, they were pleasant enough & many took their grub to go.
The staff, however, was a different story. They were helpful and their customer service was fine. The issue here was with the food. They seemed to buckle under the pressure of so many customers in line. I would rather wait in line a bit longer than be attended to quickly and get a substandard sandwich. It sounds a bit silly because you would think that it’s almost impossible to mess up a sandwich, but it is.
We split a foot-​long steak & cheese sandwich. I wasn’t thrilled with the taste, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like the taste at any other subway either. The way the meat was distributed, I felt like I was eating two sandwiches: the steak (and barely-​there cheese) in the nook/​corner of the sandwich and a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Maybe it wasn’t distributed well or maybe there wasn’t enough, but the meat was completely lacking. Kind of disappointing.

Subway is my all time favorite lunch spot… I go to Subway about 5 times a week for lunch. I have been to about 100 different Subways world wide and I will say; This subway is by far the best one I have ever been to. The staff is awesome, they actually listen and know how to creat mouth watering art out of a sub. The manager is great. He always greets me and makes me feel like I am at some expensive bistro or something lol. No matter what sub, soup or salad you get, I can promise you will enjoy your visit here!

Honestly, I never thought I’d be giving a Subway a 5 star review. But this Subway is great! The staff is very friendly and *gasp* competent! I love when I say, «VERY LITTLE mayo,» they actually listen and put VERY LITTLE mayo.
There’s not too much to say about Subway, or their menu, really. This is a new Subway and the interior is very clean and the décor a bit more upscale than their older Subways. And it’s a 2 minute drive from work. PLUS!
