Chico’s

Buying jewelry is never easy for me. Jennifer mason was working and she was so helpful comforting and helped to find the perfect set a beautiful necklace and earrings. She encouraged me to bring in my dress and was super friendly. Nice to work with non pushy people

The store has an amazing new manager Corina! Thank goodness for her as HER customer service is beyond fantastic and one can notice a difference in the over all helpfulness of the other employees since she has arrived! I really wouldn’t have went back had I not met Corina but now I see the store going in a better direction!

This review should have been posted in the summer of 2012, but I didn’t have a Unilocal back then. Anyway, I think Chico’s is geared towards an older, more professional group of women, which is why I don’t normally shop there. However, I found myself in Chico’s the summer before I began college because I needed some nice clothes that would last me a few years for class and a new job. I walked in and was greeted by a wonderful woman named Romaine (I’m sorry if I butchered the spelling). This was a few years ago, so she obviously left quite an impression for me to remember her name. She was immensely helpful, and I’m sure the employees work on commission and even though I was obviously not going to be a big spender she spent so much time helping me. I’ll never forget her great service. I’ve returned many times over the years to purchase the jeans and leggings that come with no zipper or button; they fit me perfectly and are crazy comfortable.

I’m surprised nobody has rated Chico’s yet. It makes me pause and wonder if the younger crowd shops at Forever 21? Whatever the case, I used to bypass Chico’s clothing for the longest time. I always thought the prices were too high. Five years ago, I began to appreciate a few things about Chico’s when I needed a wardrobe for a new job at a school. I’m still wearing clothing from their collection five years ago, and I still get compliments on them. I think the majority of Chico’s customers are women who want to dress professionally for work, but not feel overdressed. Their Platinum jean collection always fits me perfectly. Their jackets are always stylish and fun. I love their tops. Actually, I just like everything about their collection. I HATE to shop for clothes. Seriously, I hate trying on clothes. I can grab something from their hanger and 99.9% of the time, it fits me perfectly! I get good customer service, too. I even get FREE shipping if I shop online. I hit a great sale today, so I’m set for some new summer colors! For $ 240.00 I got two pair of slacks, two tops, one beautiful jacket and a gorgeous sweater.
