I just came back from our vacation in Monterey, California. We went into the Macy’s there to check things out… WOW! Both my husband and I were blown away by the customer service they provided and the friendly employee’s. Whoever is running that store sure knows how to do it! I have written letters to Macy’s complaining that I always feel attacked at my local store, it’s either one of 2 things, employee’s trying to get you to get a macys credit card or there’s no one around to help you. This Macy’s made my dreams come true… LOL. employees smiling, acknowledging us, there to help find what we are looking for… almost felt like the 70’s when sales people actually helped the customer. Totally impressed! Thank you! Now pass this onto all the other stores and see your sales sky rocket!

My experience with this location was great. I recently purchased the Radley 5 piece sectional. And Jerrell was awesome. Provided great customer service. And let us know about a big furniture sale around the corner, this allowed us to do more research and get a better price on the sectional we were looking at. Overall I was really happy with my purchase. Sectional fit great and the delivery was great. My purchase was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering to ensure it qualified for the sale price. Shipping was great they called me the day before and the day of to verify my delivery. Jerrell also called the day to make sure I had received everything okay. They pushed the warranty a bit, which I’m kinda ashamed to say I was closed on but that’s okay for the risk and reward I get comfortable about it. Anyways I had a great experience here would recommend them to anyone.

I was completely blown away recently by my experience at this Macy’s, specifically in the luggage department. I had a gentleman named Lu helping me out, as I was trying to replace my samsonite luggage. After looking online, it seemed like it was going to be a huge pain to replace my luggage that had a busted wheel. I was not expecting Macy’s to be able to do much to help me, especially because I bought the luggage over a year ago. However, Lu came to the rescue and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. He looked to find the same piece of luggage to exchange with the broken one, and upon realizing they didn’t have it in stock, he pulled some similar luggage that I may like, and ended up offering to order the luggage online and have it delivered to my house(free of cost!!). He said it would take about a week and a half for it to be delivered, but it was delivered to my door step within 72 hours. Lu, you are the man. Thanks so much for all of your help.

Ordered a rug from this location. There was a little confusion on the delivery, but we called and one of the sales rep got back to us quickly. Gave us an update and even followed up after we received the rug. Good customer service from our experience.

Terrible customer service. The employees are rude and not helpful. We purchased a couch from them told them how the couch would have to be delivered into the house and was promised it would be no problem. The couch arrived 2 months later and they refused to deliver the couch the way we had already agreed on. The manager was an asshole and completely useless. They suggested we now pick up the couch on our own and move it, and they would give us a gift certificate. Bullshit. My mom who recently had surgery, rearranged the entire house, and when she was done she was told they would not deliver the couch leaving us with a furniture-less house. The manager’s solution did absolutely nothing, and he had no sympathy whatsoever. PLEASEGOTHRU A DIFFERENTSTORE, THEYSUCK! I wouldn’t even give them one star.
