Pacific Vista Apartments

Amy the leasing manager is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I went there trying to find a place today. They were actually unable to accommodate us at this time, but she followed up with several of their other sister properties and found us a place. She put us in contact with Gabriel at the Monterey Townhouses and we were able to get a home today. Gabriel was also nice and courteous to us as well. Very excited about leasing from such nice people in a great community. Check these people out and see what they can do for you! :) It’s refreshing to see people go out of their way to help you.

I lived In Pacific Vista for a year, I loved it! The place is cozy, quiet, clean, and the residents are nice. The manager and her staff were very attentive and addressed some minor maintenance issues I had in a timely manner.
They do background checks on residents.
They are also pet friendly which not many properties are around here and if they are they charge some hefty fees.
It is near Del Monte mall and downtown.
I moved out when I bought a house, otherwise I would have stayed longer.

We have recently gotten out of the military and Amy the manager here helped us so much. This place is great and really helped us out during our transition. The management goes out of the way to make your life comfortable here. Its been 3 months now and have had no issues. We had asked for something to get replaced in our kitchen and two hours later it was done. It was great! If your looking for a place to have parties or get loud, think again. This place is extremely quiet and has quiet hours after 9pm.
They except dogs and charge less then most for the pet rent. Plus they are building a small dog area/​park here on the property.
Cons-​Wish the trash guys would come at different times, wish the property had a direct deposit for rent.
Pros– Decent rent, newer buildings, PETS, Laundry area, parking, location, extremely quiet and good management.
