Bonnie is an excellent optometrist. Too bad I can’t say the same for her staff and the company she gets her lenses from. No less than 5 sets of glasses. And not one correct the first time out. Each time I get a set of glasses from them I cringe thinking about it, knowing they have a 100% failure rate on the first go round. No matter how well Bonnie gets the prescription or I explain exactly what I need, it’s guaranteed to be wrong when I go to pick it up. Never fails. Not once. Probably next time I’ll try another optometrist just to see if their staff and lens maker can get it right the first time.
