I never understood the devotion of some to Cracker Barrel, and after my visit I stand firm in that conviction. I had the fried shrimp meal and I comment the generous portions, but the flavors just weren’t there for me. The décor also creeps me out – maybe that distracted me from the flavors. I’ll try the breakfast one day just to be sure.

The food is what you would expect from a cracker Barrel, however the service stunk. We were a party of 3 for brunch @ 1045am. The place was not full — we even parked by the doors. The waitress was hardly there. we never got the drink refills that we asked for — and had to ask twice to get extra napkins, she brought us two extra napkins. Don’t expect exceptional service.

I’ll be honest. The majority of the time I have been to this location, the service was either slow or rude and slow. The food always tastes pretty fresh and the biscuits are delightful, however, you can have the best good in the world and service make the experience awful. Hopefully they can find good employees soon.

Stay far far away. An hour and a half later I’m still hungry with no food and management asked me to leave. Wow! We are a hard working professional family and was in no way absurd until the rude manager(Rachel) decided that she wasn’t happy with my comment that running out of items on the menu and not telling a customer until an hour after they ordered was poor planning on the managers part. This was after my husband was told they were out of salad and yet people 30 minutes later were being brought salads and we had reheated biscuits that we could’ve broken a window with. After my husband and daughters meals came out and they were almost done eating I was informed they were out of chicken salad for my sandwich. I at this point was just ready to go and really put off by the manager being mad saying«you asked for a manager?»… Umm no, never did. What a joke of a manager. She said that her servers had been there since 10 am and she was out of 10 items on the menu. When she walked away a shift supervisor asked what I had ordered and told me to wait that she was going to see what she could do. So we sat there and waited just for the manager to come back saying she didn’t know why we were still there. I tried to tell her that the sweet supervisor was trying to do what was right and asked me to wait. Then I was asked to leave. I have never been so appalled in all my life. What a horrible horrible thing to do to make someone else feel awful when it had been nothing but trouble from cracker barrels end the whole time. I will make sure corporate office and everyone in our area is aware that if this store is in the wrong they will publicly humiliate you as Rachel did us tonight. Yes my husband got irate as we were leaving and rightfully so.

Look it is what it is but who would honestly wear clothes bought at Cracker Barrel? They get two stars for the breakfast but the dinner menu is boring. There are better places in town to get meat and threes. The breakfast is hard to beat though.

Greeted by welcoming Mr Morel who had a smile and jovial«okie dokie.» Server Sierra was equally prompt and courteous. Food was tasty good. Positive experience. Would come again.

Always enjoy Cracker Barrel. Portions are more than adequate and food always tastes good. This location didn’t disappoint in those departments but was a little wanting on service and timing. We always go to Cracker Barrel prepared for a long wait for a table, but we got a table in less than 5 minutes, which was surprising considering the crowd that was there. Turns out the long wait is at the table for this location. We waited about 10 minutes before the manager walked by our table and asked us if we had been served. Since we hadn’t event seen our server she took our drink order and another server came and took our food order. The food took a while to come after that, and was missing an item. The biscuits were great, but not equal in size. Mine was particularly small for something I love eating. :-( Price at the end of it all was good though. They didn’t charge us for coffee, perhaps for the delay and we left happy.

NOT the best Cracker Barrel — we’ve eaten at seven different cracker barrels in the last few weeks & this was the only disappointing visit. Most are consistent, but this location left a lot to be desired. The food was lukewarm at best, unseasoned & sloppily put together. The server was nice, though somewhat lacking in basic knowledge of their menu items. Didn’t even get biscuits until the end of the meal(we had to ask & then they didn’t even taste right). Do yourself a favor & keep driving 20 miles til you find another Cracker Barrel! Avoid this location.

Not my most pleasant experience at a Cracker Barrel. The service was really slow. My daughter’s catfish was a little overcooked, the cornbread was really dry, the portion of lemon pepper trout was akin to seniors portion. We went for my birthday dinner, but didn’t even get to have dessert because our server only came to our table twice!

Not a bad diner experience if you can handle the country living kitsch overload. They even make you walk through the souvenir store on the way in, and pay there on the way out. Aside from the tourist trap aspects the two times we have been there for breakfast, we managed to have the same waitress both times, Andrea, and she was great both times. The food was very fast, was prepared well and was tasty.

First time at this Cracker Barrel and our experience was not good. Our wait time to be seated was great which was probably the only thing that was good. After we were seated we waited and waited for our waitress to come get our drink order, needless to say after a little over ten mins my husband finally went up to ask who our waitress was and how long we had been waiting just to have our drink order taken. Our waitress was apologetic about us having to to wait. We went ahead with our drink order and our food order. Our food came out at room temperature not even warm! Hashbrown casserole was just about cold, my husband asked for scrabbled eggs which came out with runny yolk and egg whites, my sausage patties were dry! We aren’t the type to complain about our food and ask that it be taken back and fixed(has anyone seen the movie Waiting? lol) so we let our waitress know about our food service and left. Overall our food experience did not meet our expectations for Cracker Barrel at all!

Went there while visiting friends. Ordered the glazed porked chop with mixed veggies and cucumber and tomatoes salad. Pork was moist and add great flavor. the stuffing for the chop was made with rice and the sweet glazed complemented it well. I also tasted biscuit with apple butter and it was good as well.

My coffee had someone elses food in it when they brought it out. When Another young lady brought out my food, i told her i was missing a few items and she said, «ok» then walked away to clean a table. The hashbrowns tasted like freezer. The eggs had other unknown items in them. I didnt eat my food. The service wasnt the friendly cracker barrel service we are used to in other locations.

This Cracker Barrel’s food has definitely declined seriously. When our food was brought to our table, it was cold. The mashed potatoes were hard & the meal tasted like it was left over from the day before. We use to love eating here but this will be the last time eating here.

Good food, but AWFUL management yields poor service in the end. Example: place is half empty but you wait 15 min to be seated??? Servers didn’t show for work so … Example: you order the daily special at 6pm, but you can’t have mashed potatoes because… because…well, «We Ran Out!» «Would you mind telling me how you run out of mashed potatoes?» «Look sir, I’m sorry but I just serve the stuff; I don’t run the kitchen» They go through managers in this place so fast you can’t keep count

This Cracker Barrel runs on gross incompetence. Not sure how they’ve managed not to burn the place down. I can only assume Jesus is watching. Good biscuits.

Poor service and cold food. I asked for butter twice and the waiter never brought my check. I had to get the manager in order to get it.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Waitress Melissa R. made us feel like she invited us into her home and cooked us breakfast. The place was extremely clean and food took no time to come out. Several servers also checked on us during our visit… Excellent food!

I think CB offers southern food favorites for reasonable prices. I think the portion sizes are fairly big, and the dishes seem to be decent. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so really like the all day breakfast menu. I do have to say the gift shop is nauseating. Sorry, I am sure many people love all the country charm, but think I’ll pass. Nothing personal, just does not appeal to me. Now, it always smells really good here, and they have some really fantastic over sized shopping bags. Great buy if you’re wanting to go green.

Because I’m not from around here, you can imagine I was amazed by how much this Cracker Barrel looked like the last one I went to. Again, fantastic service. The 30-minute wait time was not any bother as I’m a sucker for souvenir items, paraphernalia, and nostalgic products. They had fried apple samples but they’re cold. I love how you can literally customize and order any plate on their menu. I had to be difficult and wanted only fried apples and hashbrown casserole. They put in the order without any problem. My dad ordered the country steak slices with fries for $ 5.99 that came in a generous portion that left him with a smile and a burp. Even with coffee, our total was less than $ 12.

Oh yes. Best breakfast period. Tends to get real busy in the morning hours, but they have lots of seating and if there is a wait, it doesn’t take long. The staff is good at what they do and they move quickly. The place has a nice country feel to it. It’s clean and well kept. The food is presented well and everything tastes great.
