So if you come to Montgomery and want fried «chikin» that will make you want to slap yo mama! Come to Davis, have the «pully bones» yeah that’s the wishbone. Have lots of sides, it’s all good.

Eat like a local. It’s a dive, but who cares when the fried chicken and okra are this good. Sweet tea was tasty as well. Off the path, but very worth it.

Best value I have seen in a long time. We each had a large breakfast meal and a cup of coffee for about $ 5. Awesome food and friendly service for a great price. The hotcakes and the link sausages were great. Nondescript storefront off the beaten path.

Soooo delicious. I’ve been coming to Montgomery for 6 years for work and never knew about this place until this week. Mac and cheese, fresh veggies and fried chicken. Such a delicious (and historic) place!

I have no idea no one yet to rate this place!!1 IT IS AWESOME!!! Its your mom’s cooking at a resturant need I say more… Although the area maybe a bit scary but the people and food make it all worthwhile. The grits, ham, and eggs, are huge. Come hungry and you will leave happy ready to take a nap!!!
