Dunkin’ Donuts

One word… Trash! Donuts are old, coffee is luke warm. Service is horrible.

Great! I come here all the time and i never get any mistakes on my order.

Horrible service for a morning. I don’t expect a lot but I assumed they at least could put cream cheese on the bagel? I’m
Used to the Eola location where they have pretty great service. They get you in and out, here they struggle. No go for me.

The one star is for the wretched «Steak and Egg» Bagel. which is not fit for Human Consumption.
Also for stopping the Buttermilk Donut
Also for dishwater-​like coffee.
I don’t even want to waste brain power trying to think of something clever to sh! t all over this place.
Starbucks has a smaller selection of pastries, but infinitely better.
And let’s don’t talk about the coffee…

My daughter graduated high school and college while we waited for our drive thru order. Pick it up people. Donuts and coffee, not like it’s a new concept.

First off: sllllllllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
I am a commuter, and this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts along my route. Every time I come here, there is a line at the drive-​thru window. At certain times in the morning, that line honestly stretches around three sides of the building from the window, and ends up in front of the restaurant.
The majority of the time, nobody greets you at the drive-​thru menu. It’s an awkward silence, and you have to say «hello?» for anyone to speak up and take your order. This has happened more often than not– I’d estimate about 80% of the time.
I have attempted to hedge my bets against the drive-​thru on the more crowded days, and have parked and ordered from the counter inside. This doesn’t work much better, as the staff seems almost entirely focused on addressing the drive-​thru.
Corporate Dunkin’ Donuts needs to grab the manager of this place and shake him/​her. It’s a terribly, terribly inefficient operation, and represents by far the worst-​managed Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever been to.
Unfortunately for me, it’s the only one on my commute. If I had another option, I would take my business there in a heartbeat.

This place is drivethru ONLY some times the wait inside is seriouslly 30
i dont rec. thinking you can beat the drive thru no matter how long the drive thru line is youll be dissapointed if you try to beat it by going inside. I try to avoid this place but my GF like the caramel turtle
i have to go sometimes.
