Eric and team was fantastic! My place townhome needed some freshening up so that I can put it on the market. Eric and team installed new flooring, carpeting, and painted five of the six rooms including a few closets. In addition, he pointed out some issues with my roof that my association should have found and fixed awhile ago. Things like that mean a lot. He treated my place with care as if it were his own. Overall his services saved me over $ 1200 and helped my home sell within one week on the market. I would recommend Eric’s services to anyone who needs a reliable, dependable and fair handyman.

These guys are great! I had a problem with my soffit coming off the side of the house. I had just purchased the home and knew I had to get it fixed. I called several roofers and siding companies and all of them either said they don’t do repairs or would call me back. None of them called me back.
That’s when I searched for handyman here in Unilocal and found these guys. I called in the afternoon and left a voicemail. I had a text come back to me within 15 minutes saying he will call me back. Which he did! I told him my issue and within a few days Ron came out to check it out. It was the day before thanksgiving and we were expecting snow so he climbed up on the roof and tacked it up for me to hold it in place until they could come out and properly fix it. He didn’t charge me anything that day. I was shocked at his willingness to help me out in my time of need, even though he couldn’t complete the job that day, so I knew I was going to stick with these guys.
After the snow cleared up they came back and completely fixed it. Ron even came back a week later to add some sealant and make sure it was holding up well! Talk about awesome service!
They gave me a fair price and were honest with me the whole time as to pricing and when they would be available. I highly recommend that if there is something you need fixing that you can’t do yourself (I’m a DIY-​er but I don’t mess with the roof!) to call these guys and see what they have to say. The next time I have a project too big to do myself, I will definitely be calling again!

Eric was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He mounted my TV and moved the outlet up behind the television… also did painting to cover up the holes all for a very fair price. Would love to do business with him again for my next project. He is very kind and respectful and my family appreciated his work and ability to finish the job quickly and efficiently.
