I was impressed with the level of customer service. If they say they are going to be somewhere for a specific time, they will be there even if in the rain. The Korean Pork Slider was DELICIOUS! Wish I bought 3. Also, when I think about it, the price was reasonable compared to similar trucks.

Food trucks, right? they’re everywhere. Lots of them are good. But let me say this. If you don’t like the korean bbq pork sliders from The Slider Barron then there’s about an 85% chance we can’t be friends. couldn’t believe there was no line at TSB in Rockville on Tuesday and a crowd at the hot dog truck. SMDH.

Three and a half stars, super friendly service. I ended up having to call for the final @SBarronThe parking location, but that’s B-da for you. $ 1 chip options were Utz, Doritos, and chili cheese flavor Fritos, $ 1 beverage options included water, Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite. I like the ability to mix and match flavors for any $ 8 set of 3 to your order. Prepackaged slider buns were still soft and plush. Portioning ended up being just right for me to not be uncomfortably full. Grilled chicken slider was my favorite, tender meat layered with a slice of grilled canned pineapple. Its garlic mayo was appropriately light. Cheeseburger slider was cooked to medium by default, juicy and flavorful with a slice of cheddar melted onto the patty. Its chipotle mayo was more twist than kick. I was disappointed by the Korean pork sliders, possibly because of high expectations. I think the supporting slices of daikon, carrots, and cilantro lime mayo were more reminiscent of a Vietnamese banh mi, but the mildly spicy kimchi-esque flavoring on the chopped pork was an interesting counterpoint. Thanks for hanging out in Bethesda, I’ll definitely be back sometime. Maybe someday I’ll be brave enough to try the Nutella & fluff sliders($ 4), but I’ll probably be the hardest sell on PB&J sliders($ 4), even if the latter has unadvertised banana slices on it.
