Very nice staff but my appointment was at 12. They didn’t take me until 1 with no apology or warning they were running so far behind. They dilated my eyes and told me to come back in a half hour and they’d check them in 2 seconds. I came back and it took them another 15 minutes to check them. I didn’t leave until 2. Needless to say it wasn’t fun wasting 2 hours of my Saturday for an appointment that should have been 45 minutes.

I went at a very busy time, to go pick up my sunglasses. Although the wait was long inside the store, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Nathan made sure the glasses fit properly, and you can tell he is sincere in helping customers.
The doctor lady was also very friendly upon a previous visit to get my eyes examined. Will do business here again!

The people that work here are nice but the optometrist is quite rude, and full of herself for no reason. She could not get my son’s eyes corrected to ²⁰⁄₂₀ and they were able to be elsewhere. Twice in a year, she gave the poor kid a bad prescription that made him fail his school eye tests. We should not have taken him back a second time. With my insurance, we are only allowed one visit a year so we paid for the second and still the same nonsense. Again, nice prices, nice glasses, very nice people that work there as well but as far as the optometrist goes, find another. We moved about a half an hour north of this store and went to a «Vision works». They had no problem getting my son’s eyes to correct to ²⁰⁄₂₀. I can’t wait for his glasses to come in so he can see clearly again
